Why did Cook head toward the right sideline on his long TD?

He had a direct path to the endzone up the middle of the field but then he veered to the right.  It looked strange.

He was hot doggin' it

Just be happy he didn’t release the football prior to the goal line

Great win. Now...FOR THE LOVE OF GOD will they please get Cook involved in passing downs? With the current state of the receiving corp this is bordering on incredible incompetence. I don't want to hear about his PP, he needs to be in slot, outside the numbers. Isolate him on backers. Send him on wheel routes,  seams. It's ridiculous to see him on the sidelines!

I don't think he's big enough to play the 1tech at 285ishlbs, but I have no doubt they continue to use him inside for passrush downs, especially with Oliver out.

If he doesn't wear down and keeps up what he's doing, some teams are going to have no choice but to put a C/G combo on him.

I'd put Walker at the one and let Hoecht use that motor at 3 tech

Yeah.  Something seems off.  There were a couple of passes in the first half, with open receivers, that Josh missed BADLY.

I'm still convinced he was concussed in the Pats game.

He almost stepped out of bounds. It was crazy.

Take a bow, James Cook!

Encouraging signs from the D today, no at the snap confusion, Thompson provided that veteran reassurance today.

We can still win this way against mid tier opponents, passing game needs to take off for us to feel more confident. Winning with 185 yards passing isn't sustainable.

We need a viable backup RB - Ray Davis more 1.8 yards a carry on 9 carries isn't the guy.

Samuel had 0 targets and only 1 kicoff return.

More than anything, we got the W today with a huge game awaiting us next week.

Or .... call me crazy .....but he has a total of one NFL receiver to throw to and a bunch of guys who should not be playing on Sundays

This is true. But he missed wide open receivers today and seems very hesitant in general. Something is off.

and the TE's and all the wr's not running routes.. lol

If that is true, they are blocking for all the running going on. Maybe the pass game isn't as much of a tire fire as everyone is thinking and that was the game plan all along? Apparently, Kincaid had half as many snaps as the rookie. Hmm...

Cook said he looked at the crowd and was lining up his flip in the part of the endzone with the highest concentration of Mafia

It could well be a viable option with Oliver out; I'd only be hesitant about wearing him down.

I'd also think the Bills might be hesitant to put Walker in a position that doesn't necessarily play to his strengths.

This is going to be interesting over the next few weeks as they adjust on the fly at all three levels of the defense.

I do not believe this is true

I saw him in the game in the 1st qtr. and pretty much every drive after that. I would say he played at least half of the game if not more.

Guess we will see the snap counts. He played far more than one series.

He did, especially that throw to Moore. My guess is that the lack of quality WR's has affected his mental game....

I thought he looked OK until he was running behind the backup OL.

Sorry if already posted, what was this about?!

I'd guess it was about a frustrated defense watching the Bills running the same zone toss over and over and over and over again because Carolina couldn't do a thing about it.

I think him and Tre White were alternating series and then at one point Hairston hit a predesignated snap count and was mostly out of the game after that.
