This is too soon I'm sure for you, but this has helped me move on when the time comes....

Every time I lose a dog, they take a piece of my heart with them, and every new dog that comes into my life gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all of the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and as loving as they are"

Sorry for your loss of your furry friend 😞

Sorry Brother. Cavs are the best. I always have one or three on my lap during a game.

Yes they are, lucky I still have two more with me to soften the blow.

Mylo, the dog in my profile pic, passed away peacefully in his sleep last night after almost 1 year battling cancer.  He would be by my side for pretty much every game for the last 10 years and I don't know how Im going to be able to watch another game without him.

Sorry for the Lamp post.

Been there and I feel for you . Losing a pet is very saddening.

Sorry for the Lamp post.

My condolences. One of the true cruelties of the world is that dogs are given such short spans while even the scummiest of people can get 7 or 8 times as long.

Sorry man! I know it hurts bad.

Had to put my dog down exactly one month ago after 18.5 years of life. Hurts and sucks so I understand.

Im a person of faith so that’s how I help myself get through it. But sending good and happy wishes and blessings your way and peace in this tough time.

Sorry for the Lamp post.

Really feel for you , it’s heartbreaking to lose your loyal companion and friend after building so many memories.   They are always giving unconditional love and they are so innocent that it just doesn’t seem fair when they get illnesses we can’t control or treat.  You are a better person for having him in your life those years and it’s just such a special bond that is understandable only by going thru it   Wishing you the best and it sounds like he was a great buddy.  Thanks for sharing. , as a fellow dog person I hope the pain eases with time.  I’m 68 and to this day remember each of the pets I had growing up and how much they meant to me at stages of my life.  Each one was special for their own unique reasons and that’s something that is priceless.  Best wishes.
