Bad Bunny will be the Super Bowl halftime act

I’m an older demographic, and I will say that the majority of acts I grew up with were pretty awful (remember that Who performance? 🤮) …. Newer acts I didn’t like turned out to be entertaining and talented (Bruno Mars) … having tried to rationalize it however, I think Bad Bunny should just drop the bunny because I expect BAD. In the end however, I’ll watch because the Bills will be playing!

i know the majority of people here probably think someone like Metallica should play the super bowl but the nfl is not marketing to middle age to old white men.  Those days are long over.  I am in this demo and love music and my time and generation is long long gone. 

 

Honestly who cares who plays the Super Bowl halftime show?  It’s a 15 minute promotional video to sell iTunes downloads and get Spotify views/listens.

i have been practicing driving on the opposite side of the street late at night in case I am ever on the run and end up in Europe.

As a 60+ yr old white guy I realize that I'm not in the target audience for a Super Bowl halftime show. I think the last one I watched was Tom Petty what seems a million years ago. I take that back, I watched Shakira.

 

The NFL knows my halftime ritual is to burn one or two, get rid of old beer and get new beer and another slice of pizza... 30 Minutes gone... If I want music during halftime I'll put on you tube and select something to my liking... My wife will be glued to the TV for this halftime show.

Huge doesn't cover it. He's actually one of the biggest international artists in the world. He's set records as far as being one of the most downloaded artists worldwide as well as having cross promotions with WWE (He's even wrestles a few matches and done excellent) and crosses over into movies (most famously he played Happy Gilmore's caddy in Happy Gilmore 2.)

And they use to say when the Who & Aerosmith were playing the halftime shows that they wished they'd move o from the old timers, 1 thing that Roger & the fans haven't a clue about is good music that's for sure it all started down hill with the Black Eye'd Peas ...

don't matter to me. Either the Bills are playing and I will not watch the half time show ( I despise the pageantry of the SB halftime ), or the Bills won't be playing and I won't watch the superbowl at all
