Josh Allen to be fined?

saw an article saying Allen would be fined for this. 
 

Im not sure. Maybe he was simulating gunfire, and maybe he was pointing to a guy and signalling he would be ejected. 
 

As I recall the entire play, Allen first points to his head while in the ground. So maybe he’s just pointing things out to help the refs.

They can't fine him for this. It's NOT obvious that he's making a gun gesture.

 

If he was standing there, firing off imaginary gun trigger, blowing his finger, and putting it back in his imaginary holster then doing a 360 spinarooni dance, yeah, that's obvious.

I don't know why the NFL keeps going down this super unpopular road of cracking down on taunting and celebrations. Literally nobody is asking for this.
