I feel for him and wish his game wouldn't of fell off so much. 1 1 Quote

In those 12 games Allen has had over a 100 passer rating 9 times, over a 94 passer rating 2 more times and only 1 time with a passer rating below 80. Essentially Allen plays his best games against the Dolphins over his career. You all just love poking the football gods... 1 Quote

They do have Dorian in house and likely have a lot of faith in him. I would expect LB to be addressed via FA/Draft (although many thought they would do that this year and did not at all). They did sign Shaq Thompson FWIW. 7 hours ago, Gregg said: Or CB. The secondary needs help. They did draft 3 DBs: Hairston, Hancock, and Strong. While it's likely one will eventually move to safety, they all have been primarily cornerbacks in college. That doesn't mean they won't add to the position group again but it's nowhere near the need that LB is. 7 hours ago, pennstate10 said: Does this mean Tarin Johnson will play? Out of curiosity, I've often wondered if you're a Penn State alum or a fan? 5 hours ago, Dan said: If Beane hasn't already put his scouts on the alert to find a Milano and Taron replacement, I'd be surprised. Both of those positions require fast, physical and smart players. And both of those players are showing decline.. Milano more so than Taron. But, it's definitely time to look for replacements. I would also suggest, even if Bishop improves all season, it's probably time to look for a Rapp replacement as well (although that could potentially still be a full year away). I think both Hancock and Strong were drafted with the possibility of being Taron replacements... I think the Bills have projected that need but I agree with @PaattMaann that they probably should have done more at linebacker. 4 hours ago, BuffaloBillyG said: Pretty funny thread on the Fish site. Tua getting ROASTED by his own fans for admitting he can't do half the stuff Allen does. Thread includes the link to the presser he says that. https://finheaven.com/threads/how-is-this-dude-our-qb.388425/ My favorite: To be fair, Tua once saw Josh Allen brace a fall with his arms and thought "Holy ****, this guy is on another level." To be fair, Tua's stating the obvious. I understand the Dolfan's competitive irritation but there's something to be said for simple truth telling. I think mostly they're just pissed off and need somebody to burn. 3 hours ago, Long Suffering Fan said: The weird thing is that I have never considered Micah unathletic. It might come down to definition. Are we really just talking about speed? He definitely had slowed down near the end. I just keep seeing in my mind the over the head interception at the goal line against the Pats, thinking about how he just decided to score as the hands guy defending the onside kick, him returning kicks, him playing baseball, being such a great safety, etc. He just struck me as a superb athlete. I know that his RAS score is not even close to being good and that Hancock's RAS is elite. Like I said, weird. You're right. Micah's definitely not unathletic. There are plenty of guys who have elite measurables who aren't actually athletic... they don't have the feel for the game and to me that's the distinction. Taylor Mays was a 6'2" 230 lb safety who ran a 4.4 forty. His 10 yard split, vertical, broad, and Wonderlic were all elite but he ended up starting a total of 16 games over 6 NFL seasons before going to the CFL. He was a clunky athlete with no feel for the game and there are countless other examples of guys who measure better than they play... and visa versa. You could frame that as more a lack of instinct than lack of athleticism. I always thought the glue in our Hyde/Poyer back end was instinct. Edited Wednesday at 10:58 PM by AKC 3 Quote

But I am not so sure it is just a Mcdermott thing with a bad loss every year as every great team has bad losses. Ravens lost to the raiders at home last year, eagles lost to the falcons at home, chiefs have lost to the raiders at home, lost against the colts etc So agreed that nothing is for granted. But every team usually has at least 1 bad loss every year 2 Quote

It may be a beat down…but they still have an offense that can exploit our depleted back 7. I just hope the players really don’t watch any of the pundits talk! 1 1 Quote
EmotionallyUnstable Posted Thursday at 01:01 AM Posted Thursday at 01:01 AM (edited) Debated starting a new thread, as I’d like to do more of these and keep tabs on it throughout the season but figured with our OL a strength we’ll have the advantage on Miami’s DL, despite some bigger names on the edge: Check out this clip from my all22 review. This is a master class on how to handle an interior stunt by our middle three with both tackles stonewalling 1v1 on the edge. This unit is awesome! https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTQFcsno9M3 P.S. if anyone is aware of a way to take a video, and embed it directly or convert to a gif link that would work, PM me! They are all professional athletes wanting to win for various reasons. And during a game anything can happen. Bills should and could win by 20, but I won’t be surprised if it’s a lot closer. 1 Quote
