I really enjoyed a drunk Ray Lewis calling their own QB LeBron Jackson. He sounded faded.

I couldn't believe they let him on air like that. He was cooked, lol.

I like Collinsworth. He's verbose and his love of Mahomes is grating. But the man knows ball and always has. And he has ALWAYS given Allen his props, even when Allen was rough around the edges his first few years.

Thank you! Collinsworth is the best analyst hands down. And his over the top enthusiasm is not biased. He was all over the Ravens punting and was spot on for playing for the FG. He's by far the smartest analyst with a quick mind.

Romo is entertaining

Will be interesting to see if Brady gets any better, because Olsen was a much better analyst.

Colinsworth had some great moments,  love how he just couldn't contain himself and was fanning out at certain points,  saying it's like a video game and he never seen anything like it .

Also felt like he was low key rooting for Buf

One of my biggest beefs with announcers is that they do not often enough clearly call out mistakes by the officiating crew or go into detail about rule interpretations, for whatever reason.    For example, two of the two point conversions last night.  They did not clearly say that if a receiver is pushed out of bounds-can or can he not touch the ball first after coming back in bounds?  So can DBs just push receivers out of bounds to make them ineligible, isn't illegal contact a thing?  Was he not pushed hard enough to draw a penalty?  A good rules interpretation of that situation was warranted and they just moved on too quickly.  Also, on one of the other two point conversions it looked like Keon Coleman was mugged, but no flag.  When that happens announcers most often say it's a great play by the DB and not a missed call.  Same exact play that draws a flag is called a great play by the receiver to get the penalty.   I know they will sometimes call attention to bad calls, but the bad calls seem to happen a lot more than the announcers bring up.  Probably do not want to run afoul of NFL, I guess.

I think the nfl analyst community was really excited to have that Lamar mvp revenge storyline and it got snatched away late and they were just kind of stunned lol

People talked me down to guys get away with dpi on both teams but there were some egregious officiating mistakes that cost us a lot of potential points last night independent of that.  Flowers definitely dropped that ball before halftime I am absolutely baffled how that was not reviewed and collingsworth just said ‘yup he got it’ lol I do think the Coleman force-out went beyond ‘both teams get away with it’ too

the slide the analysts at least went into details about…that was just a really unfortunate on field ruling because it likely would’ve stood on review despite being obviously a wrong call and when you’ve got a 3rd and 1 anyway in a game like that you just can’t risk the timeout

Maddy Glab… unlistenable… even in great moments!

bring on Jenna C.

Yes. Unfortunately she’s frozen there as Kim’s pick. Poor Kim is not able to provide objective change of course now. Glab is not a pro broadcaster in any sense.

Like in the preseason I found it extremely frustrating that Tirico seldom seemed to mention the Bills' defenders' names who were in on the stop or giving up a big play, though he definitely did the latter more consistently.

I had my roster online so I could  rewind, check who made the play or who did not, to find this very important info.  But tough to do, often tough to see numbers and it also interrupts the flow of the game.

It seems like a seminal part of the play by play and also the color commentator's jobs--let us know the names of the players involved!

Seems to have really regressed into this over the last few years, when previously letting us know the players involved had been an obvious thing, completely expected. A 'duh', that is one of our main duties.

Surprised, and disappointed, to see even experiences broadcasters, like Tirico and Collisnworth, drop the ball like that now too.

The Bills were a bit like KC a couple seasons ago who kept pulling out improbable wins week after week to earn the #1 seed.

I have no desire to see the Bills face the Ravens again in the playoffs.

I beg to differ.

Were they though...I mean the Bills won time of possession, yards, and made fewer mistakes...we won the turnover battle +1.  I mean watching Henry bulldoze his way through our D sucked...but watching Allen carve them up in the last half of the 4th qtr was just as satisfying.  🙂

I will say the Ravens did just as much to lose it as the Bills did to win it. For instance, the last time they had the ball. What was that play calling? All they needed was a 1st down to basically ice the game. They hand off to Henry for a short gain. Ok. Then they go with a jet sweep to Flowers followed by a pass short of the sticks.

If they run their read option three straight times they likely pick up a first. They did everything they could to give the Bills an opportunity...and the Bills capitalized.

It was like what the Bills did on their second and third possessions.

The Bills out gained them by a lot, won the turnover margin, time of possession, and of course, they had more points.  Their QB was the best player on the field from either team, and certainly had a better night than Lamar.  About the only thing that could be said that Ravens did better was run.  Henry is an absolute beast and they had him going, no doubt.   I fail to see how they were the better team.  Harbaugh was certainly not the better coach, clocking another late game collapse, blowing a double digit lead for the 18th time as Ravens HC.  (I think that is now 7 or 8 with Lamar)

That was two heavyweight offenses going at it, right to the final gun.  Neither defense showed well last night.  Both are better than they looked, but these are really great offenses.

At least that early in the game I could chalk it up to them wanting to try a few different things to see what works against that defense. By the time of the game that the Ravens did that...they knew what would work. Smash DH at the defense and have Lamar keep it to stop the Bills from selling out to stop DH. The Ravens tried to be cute

Having worked at one of the Networks for decades, knowing people still inside there and in the league office I can tell you that the League discourages criticism of the referees by their "partners". It's even tracked and logged. The Networks/Streamers, having paid for the games are well within their rights to say what they want. But everyone wants the keep the relationship good. Criticism on every broadcast, even a regional "C" Game is noted. If the failing is egregious then there is no choice but generally the NFL wants the broadcaster to tamp down on all but the most egregious errors.

Yea, he is tough to listen to when he goes into his fanboy diatribe about certain players. But he was good last night and gave the right amount of props to each QB. I too noticed that he was ready to lose control of bodily fluids in the last 5 minutes. Truth be told, so was I.

Agreed. I never understood the intense hate for this man. Is he the all time best? No, but who is? Everybody has an opinion. Some people love Romo. Some people think Madden/Summerall was the standard. Who knows?

As noted, Collingsworth knows football and he picks up on things I didn't see and I appreciate that. Can he go on about "a guy"? Sure, but that's just his style. There are FAR WORSE out there.

There is a history with Collinsworth and the Bills going back to the 90s. Collinsworth had a clear bias against the Bills back then and even brought up the Bills fans disliking him on one of his broadcasts.

CC hates WNY not just the Bills.  He even hates the waterfall.  Having to listen to him broadcast Bills games is just bad business for the NFL.

A few years back when the Bills lost the KC in the championship game his Co host asked him what he saw as the future of the AFC East - Brady was in Tampa - and he did not even mention buffalo.  He said belichek and the patriots would figure something out and return as perennial winners.  This was after his dissing the Bills all game.
