So was Lamar actually cramping or did he just take a play off because he got rocked?

My dear lord....

This is my first time seeing this.  I would have punted too after that.

We won this game by 0.1 seconds. That field goal to end the 1st half made all the difference.

Should’ve been plenty of time for a td drive…flowers absolutely dropped that 3rd down pass with 1:40 ish left.  Didn’t even notice on my first viewing cuz I made the mistake of trusting collinsworth  but would’ve been pretty obvious in an automatic review

On the tipped pass - was it supposed to go to Coleman, or someone else?

Either way, no way Knox should have been trying to get to it!  Not sure what he was thinking there....

Okay, what did you do with Nick Wright?

Look as much as it pains me to say: Going back to last year Nick Wright has had some of the best Bills takes of national media figures

I know, hear me out. When Mahomes got his last ring I think he chilled out. To start 2024 he was saying that the team lost a lot of names but that those names weren't living up to the production they once were. He picked the Bills over the Ravens in the playoffs.

Yes, he's a Chiefs homer and a bit of a troll but when I see other national making takes for the sake of takes I actually think he believe what he's saying.

It looked like the target was Shakir on that play to me. He would have been in position to catch it. Not sure if the DB would have made a play to knock the ball down though as he was closing IIRC.

He's a Chiefs homer but he has been pro Bills for the last couple years. He doesn't think McD is a good enough coach though.

Is it me or are the responses to the game in the national press kind of quiet? This was a primetime game and called an instant classic but I'm not seeing a ton of time for it and what there is, it's mostly describing the Ravens collapse. Maybe it's the trauma from all those years when we'd get an upset and no one would give credit but man this seems odd.

Amazing game and great comeback, but overall I don’t think we should feel great about yesterday. We have known Josh is elite and he proved that again yesterday. The defense is still flawed and needs to improve if we are going to win it all. It’s week 1 and hopefully things change/improve, but to me we looked like the same team, with the same strengths and weaknesses as last year and in our playoff exits.

Last night’s game reminded me of the end of Talladega Nights. I think Lamar told Allen after the game: “by defeating me you have set me free”Ricky Bobby Sony GIF by Talladega Nights

If our D is flawed what is the Raven's D with multiple all-pros, pro bowlers and 7 first round picks on it?

Ehh idk…I think the ravens offense is even more all time stacked this year and sometimes you’ve just gotta win a shootout.. in the playoff game their outside WRs were absolute clowns with flowers out which made loading up against the run much easier.  They had flowers and dhop this time.  People are talking like this was the same offense we saw in the playoff game but they were considerably better.  Bateman at WR1 really simplified the defensive gameplan

idk how much of what we saw last night will apply to any of the other 30 teams in the league so the panic is likely a bit premature

I still can't believe Harbaugh didn't go for it on the 4th and 2 at the 38. Game on the line you put the ball in your best players hands and that is Jackson or Henry. With the way the Ravens moved the ball all night they probably convert that 4th down and win the game. Allen was on fire in the 4th quarter so the last thing he should have wanted to do is give the ball back to him.

As a footnote...while Lamar Jackson has blown the most 4th quarter double digit leads in NFL history, Allen has NEVER blown one.
