billsbackto81 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Time for Josh to convince Brady to give him some leash and do what he does.

Where are the big runs coming from? It's the same bad play calling against the Ravens. Playing nickel D against their run fronts. DL get blocked and LBs and DBs swallowed up. Also hurts that Bishop is not Poyer. and Strong ain't Tre. Collinsworth called it that Damar might be better than Bishop if they stay in nickel
MikePJ76 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 would love to see them get opportunities to go after awuzie. Doesn't seem like they will but it would be nice to see someone make a play on him.
Einstein Posted September 8 Posted September 8 41% of Allen’s passes behind the LOS? lol great job Brady 2
Maine-iac Posted September 8 Posted September 8 I thought the D Line pressure on Lamar looked great. Then they started running it and I'm still not sure if it's our DT's getting washed or guys missing their assignments. We have to pretty good size safeties and neither of them come in and lay the wood. 1
Thrivefourfive Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Jackson the “non captain” ? I said this last year. Bag the Kincaid screen plays! I don’t know what they think he can do with the ball in his hands except occasionally cough it up during a minimal gain. It’s like Brady has to prove that Kincaid can catch or something. He’s not the dynamic runner that’s needed on screens. Just a long skinny target for bone crushing tacklers. 1

I dont think Ed or Daquan have been bad, but all three 'backers and both safeties are playing chickenspit football.

sven233 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 It's so frustrating to have to watch Allen pick up his entire team every single year and just carry them to the finish line. Yes, it's only game 1, but once again, it's the same thing. Nobody can get open within the design of the play and Allen has to buy time, get outside, and make something happen outside of structure. The last time he had any type of help on a regular basis was when Brown and Beasely were here in their primes. Please, Beane, for the love of God, get this man some real NFL WRs. And while you're at it, get a massive human that can actually anchor inside instead of guys that fly upfield and taken out or washed out of every run play. 1
gobills404 Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Did Taron get hurt and I missed it? He didn’t register a single stat in the first half.

Yes we do not have a ton of “blow up” plays from the DL but they are not being completely displaced. Someone has to get off a block and disengage. Lb's have been virtually invisible

BRH Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Henry has run for 100 in a quarter six times in his career and I guarantee four of them are against us
stuvian Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Being down just 7 isn't bad considering Henry embarrassed our D on national TV. Our speed advantage was evident towards the end of the half.
Ralonzo Posted September 8 Posted September 8 I just learned that if Josh Allen passes behind the line of scrimmage, he doesn't gain that many yards. Thanks NBC! 1
Chicken Boo Posted September 8 Posted September 8 For the umpteenth time, the Bills need a big-time receiver.
