There is a lot of content in this 30min interview. I've seen pieces discussed in other threads and thought we could consolidate here. And at least give everyone a chance to watch it.

Crazy graphic...

Come on! Your proper response was, "all that money just to bring back the same team that lost to the Chiefs? Nice job Beane and McClappy!"

Not sure how they are coming up with their information for the graphic... the guys listed are about half a billion short.

Lol.. instead of the same old comments, let's spin this thread into a social commentary on the decreasing math skills in the US!!!

Ralph didn't get 430M in revenue sharing each year though.

Also wondering if McAfee asked Beane about his wizard skills.

So... where's the other $600 million that was spent? Those extensions only add up to $637 million.

Beane does such a great job on these interviews...nothing comes across as fake or disingenuous.

Interesting he said that player cuts won't be on Hard Knocks. I think that's being very respectful to the players, not wanting to exploit their difficult moments.

Was wondering the exact same thing.

I was going to start a post about the Bills ramping back up their cash spending in a big way. I believe that the Cook deal puts them into first place for this season. They’d been spending top 5, top 10 for several season u til last year. They were well back into the 20s. Now they’re using that cash again. It’s good to see.

Edit: Actually they are 2nd, behind Minnesota (?!).

I think the extra money is from paying for the rights to Mr. Brightside, throwing Josh one HECK of a bachelor party and buying Dalton Kincaid some extra Big Macs to put on some weight.

I believe that's all the cash on the books we have on contract. This is the only way I can reach a number that high. I know Knox has a significant cap number in 2026, which he won’t receive.

It speaks to the culture in Buffalo, and the character of the men running the organization.
