Defensive Line after one preseason game looks like Oliver, Jones, Sanders, Walker with Bosa, Rousseau, Epenesa and Solomon.

 

Carter and Jackson not showing much of anything, but on the bright side… Walker & Sanders show monster potential for interior pass rush.

Easily blocked. Can't slip off blocks. Has been shoved out of the play or on the ground multiple times. Very disappointed in his play today. Looks like he needs to get stronger.

It took McDermott about 10 games in 2023 to fio on defence.  But if you remember after the game against Philly, their defence was playing at an insane level down the stretch

Out of all the new recruits on the D line, it seems Jackson is the one having trouble adjusting.  Hoping the light comes on!

Agreed. On one hand I get it, it's like no one really trusts him to be consistently healthy so it's hard to get overly excited. But on pure talent he is our most talented DL. Like it's possible we added a top 10 EDGE and no one is really talking about it. Early returns in this game were great. Just stay healthy.
