Multiple firsts for a CB? No way, not with what we got. At least to me, that would be absurd unless you have top end productive blue chip talent at the defensive line & LB that is proven to be reliable in the biggest moments. 
 

An elite game wrecking defensive lineman (Donald/Chris Jones/Jalen Carter) or pass rusher (like the trade talks this past year; Max/Myles/Micah) moves the needle for the secondary as whole.

In Cleveland. Bruce Smith types usually get taken early in drafts and with us drafting around 28-30 the last four years gonna be hard getting such a talent.
