Let's not pretend an NFL lockeroom is the same as a corporate job. Take away the nut grab reputation, horsing around in the locker room is nothing. Same way it wouldn't be on a construction site, factory job, bartenders etc etc

 

The nfl and raiders doing nothing about the nut grabbing and then pearl clutching about a forehead kiss is hypocritical of them both (even though raiders are pretending its about the rehab, which they have every right to be mad about). 

 

The problem here is 1% a forehead smooch, and 99% letting the testicular torsion slide without a word. If nfl had suspended him a game and fined him, he either doesn't do this crap, or they have better ground to stand on for ripping up his contract.

 

Trying to argue a case against him, which the nflpa will fight tooth and nail (knowing full well this isn't about the smooch), that this is over a lockeroom horsing is going to be a losing battle.

 

Regardless, eff this dude, hopefully he get what he deserves, which is $0 guaranteed and to be treated like a pariah.

He’s a piece of crap.  It may not be corporate America, but he’s evading common sense.  Outside of my kids, and of course wife, I would never intimately touch another person.  Forget anything else, it’s just stupid from a person who’s probably never been no in his life.

 

He's getting what he deserves, and I’m guessing the Raiders were looking for a reason to move on.  HR can be an effective weapon when needed.  That’s why in our world, normal American, never give anyone a hint of a reason to get yourself fired.
