"Vacation photos are popping up of Patrick Mahomes, and he's fat. I'm gonna say it, and I'm gonna tell you the truth, that’s why you hit the play button, he's an embarrassment," he said. "You're a $500 million quarterback, you've made all these comments in the offseason that ‘We're gonna do our talking on the field, we got our butts kicked in the Super Bowl, we're coming back with a vengeance.’ Dude, you're fat. Your belly would be fat at my pool, hanging out with us, 60 year olds. My skin is flabbier than yours, I get it. Stop. Stop the fast food. Do a sit-up. Do something.

QB is not a position you need to be in peak physical form for. Ben Roethlisberger was fat and still slinging it all over the place. In fact, a little weight does you good. It helps you take the hits and makes it harder to get you down. As long as you don't go full JaMarcus Russell, you'll be fine.

He always has had a body like this.  He's not fat.  He just has a dad bod like a lot of QB's.

Take that crap to the Chiefs board.

This is the Bills forum - he's a fatty!

I feel like Mahomes always looks like this lately.

It should also be noted that, while incredibly clutch - in part due to his guys/coaches stepping up around him, he’s very clearly been QB4, at most, behind Allen, Jackson and Burrow in recent years.

I get it, Mahomes just isn’t a dude that’s going to focus on nutrition and his body like a Tom Brady, maybe it ultimately shortens the duration of his greatness because of it.

After his career is over he’ll probably be fat as fawk, but as of now he’s still that dude.

That offense has been mostly bare of weapons the past two years.  Hollywood Brown and Rashee Rice were out almost all of last year.  Kelce is on his last legs.  Reid is scheming guys open but they have lacked real threats.

If Rice is healthy this year, Mahomes play will bounce back.  Which is bad news for us.

Tom Brady had a dad bod early on as well. Look at his infamous combine photo. He didn't get into the crazy nutrition and body stuff until later in his career.

True, But he wasn’t fat and didn’t need to and once he aged he decided it’s best to have a plan for health and nutrition. Onelook in the mirror for Mahomes and he knows he should be looking after his body and he’s decided he’s good, and who can argue with his results ?
