Whatever. Pretty clear that his game drops precipitously when the temperature does the same.

So then, revenge isn’t a dish best served cold for them?

It’s like listening to Mike Tyson speak… the word you wanted there is “redemption”, Lamar.

Do Raven fans eat crow or Raven?  Is Carpaccio an option?

Yes, because a win in week one the following season is just as good as getting kicked out of the playoffs.

We know all too well about this with our regular season wins over the Chiefs.

I like the very tough early test.  Even tho we've been bounced vs KC in the post season so much, I think our worst match ups are cinci and Baltimore (you can throw in Philly, the only team Allen has never beaten).

We have the suspensions and whatever injuries, but this season will come down to our new look defense.  Good test out the gate!

After the Bills playoff win I felt sorry for the Ravens and their fans. For about 5 minutes. Then I thought of how we've had our share of heartbreaking losses so better them than us. But a week later most of us felt the Bills left the victory on the field too. Just like Baltimore the week before. So we all got to feel that way one more time. I expect we won't hear any Bills player saying they're looking for revenge against the Chiefs. Just that they've got to come out and play better.

I don't think its the smartest thing going into week 1 to say your out for revenge. Our any game for that matter. I suspect the addition of more hurt feelings resulting from the MVP vote has something to do with this too. But the voters here made the correct choice. It's an award based on value, not statistics.

Rex felt the only thing better than that was winning the offseason press conference.

I guess it’s fitting that he’s on TV instead of coaching football.

Revenge on themselves for giving the ball away too many times?

I love when people are like "Lamar outplayed Josh just look at his stats!" Conveniently, leaving out Lamars 2 TO's in a 2 point loss

The Jets not hiring him this round was perhaps the most disappointing thing in the history of sports.

and Lamar out played Josh in regular season too and yet just like in the regular season overall  we still scored more points than them.

Josh also sat out a full game and several 4th quarters after being up so much. Lamar was in during a late season blowout padding stats

Stuff like this just shows immaturity.   They've had plenty of chances to win playoff games.  If it takes "vengeance" to get to the Super Bowl you've already lost.   If the Ravens win a Super Bowl it wont be because of revenge.

Physical team. We now have an offensive line with an attitude (thanks Spenser) but McD's team has always had a defensive line that gets pushed around by a smash mouth team. I see that as a continuing problem against teams like the Ravens.

Hopefully we just outscore them.
