I don’t think his size matters really.  If he’s staying on the lighter side perhaps that means he’s emphasizing the receiving portion of his game.

Didn’t lamar jackson and tua do this last year?

My wife told me the same thing 😭

What are you talking about?  Maybe you should scold back…You literally specifically brought Bowers up to me when I reminded you Kincaid had a pretty good rookie season.  You can’t even keep your rants straight now apparently.

Plus, you are back to just completely over looking he was hurt, missed games, and played hurt most the 2024 season again.

You need to go outside and get some sun or something dude.  You’ve just been rage posting for months and now just want to piss and moan about Kincaid the way you’ve been beating that WR dead horse all offseason.

I post facts after facts.  You respond with emotions, not facts.  Examine what I posted.  I listed half the league Tight Ends that have better drop rates, completion percentage, catches, yards, TDs.  I could of posted even more TE that have had better seasons- but I thought you would get the point- I overestimated your intelligence.

Dalton had the 3rd highest drop rate out of ever TE this season, and he had a higher drop rate last season- when he was healthy- so what’s your excuse for Daltons high drop rate in 2023?

“Best hands I have seen in two years”

3rd worst drop rate, and an even higher drop rate last season.

There is no way in hell the Bills pick up the 5th year option. Daltons #s are nowhere near the top 5 TEs- let alone the top 15 TEs

FYI:  Prepare to remain disappointed.  Not only will Kincaid not put those numbers up here for a season, no TE will in this system because we spread the ball around.  Bowers himself would not get enough targets to replicate those numbers here.

I don't know why you think this. If Bowers played in Buffalo he would walk in the door as the team's best receiver. Josh would use him to the point of taking reception numbers away from out wideouts. I can't even imagine the TD numbers that Bowers would put up with Josh Allen as his QB.

I do see your point that comparing Kincaid to Bowers is not fair, in that Bowers has the potential to be as good as or better than Kelce, or even Gronk. Don't you think that Josh would be tossing Bowers TDs almost at will, to the point that the numbers of every other receiver would decrease?

I think that a healthy combination of Josh and Bowers would be unstoppable and make the Bills Super Bowl winners. Of course this is jmo.

That list is wrong.  The ones listed there who actually had more yards were the top 3, Shockey and Engram.

Oh don't get me wrong...I would LOVVVVVE Bowers, I loved him coming out.  I just meant, our offense under Brady isn't focused on featuring players in the same way and I think that would be the same even if Bowers was here.  He would definitely get more targets and do better than Kincaid would, he is the better player.  Just meant I don't think he gets as many targets though as he got in Vegas as "the guy" there.

We are asking the wrong question.

The real question is how do Kincaid's calves compare to Deone Walkers calves?

I think we’ll have to wait for the Swimsuit Competition to find out. Is that in OTAs or training camp this year?

Yep.

I really liked the Pick.

I’m really disappointed at this juncture.

PFF has Kincaid as their Buffalo Bills breakout candidate.....

PFF's full breakdown on Kincaid can be found below:

Kincaid missed time due to injury in Year 2 and wasn’t able to surpass his rookie receiving numbers, however, his efficiency did improve slightly, including his yards per reception (10.4), yards per route run (1.54) and receiving grade (71.1). With the Bills not adding significant target competition to the offense this offseason, Kincaid will have another opportunity to be the team’s top target in the passing game. Similarly to the previously mentioned Marvin Harrison Jr., Kincaid’s poor catchable pass rate leaves a lot of room for positive regression and an opportunity for his best season so far.

Thats not... accurate?  His 2023 drop rate was 4.4% which was the same as 1st team all-pro George kittle, and was 24th among qualified TE's.

He was already bout to be cooked... This seems like when shady did it right before the worst year of his career

He was starting to look slower out there, so maybe this was to create a bit more speed.  Still a good shot to finish the season 2nd all time in yards for a TE, and an outside shot to 3rd or 4th in all time TDs if he plays 2 more seasons.

Snaps alone Bowers absolutely blows Kincaid away.  Playing more is the easiest way to get individual accolades, but i like Bowers too - I feel like if he was in this draft he goes ahead of McMillan, and in Kincaids class he might have been the first pass-catcher off of the board.

Bowers 2024 - 956 snaps

Kincaid 2024 - 471 snaps, Kincaid 2023 - 699 for a 2 year total of 1170.

4/91 = 4.4%

6/75 = 8%
