CBS posted their top 10 NON-DIVISION Games.  Bills are listed in four of them; (9) Bengals, (7) Ravens, (3) Eagles, (2) Chiefs all Home games, expect a lot of 4:30/ Prime time games in Buffalo.

If this really is the opening game, this is stupid.  I'm good with the Eagles, but why against the Cowboys?  They were terrible last year.  I get the injuries, but what have they proven when healthy?  At a min, why not against the Commanders?

It’s about tv ratings. This is entertainment. DAL will draw huge numbers

The NFL and the schedule release is ridiculous, anything for the Almighty dollar.

Did anyone ever think Rome would fall?

I'm surprised at the lack of leaks this year compared to others.

Also a 3 hour schedule reveal is bonkers. Almost (but quite) as bad as the "The Decision".

Looks like they are putting a lid on a leaks to see if they can boost the reveal show ratings.

They're gonna play basketball?

Cincy's payroll is 70% offense, 30% defense. They'll play a lot of stupid shootout games.

First game of the season since the Super Bowl was played in Feb. The Eagles could play Orchard Park HS on this night, and it would draw huge ratings.

C’mon, Virgil, you know the answer.  Dallas is always a story and in the forefront of the media because of Jerry Jones.  This year they have a new coach, and they just made a high profile trade.  It doesn’t matter that they haven’t done jack-shite in the playoffs because to many NFL fans they are still a premiere franchise.  Players still grow up wanting to play for the Cowboys.  They’ll have at least four prime time games, and Eagles/Cowboys is a very legitimate and big NFL rivalry.

This is not really a surprise at all.

What a pain in the ass.  Trying to plan a couple fall things into our schedule and it would be nice to have this schedule some time in April.  Bunch of goofs.

And a 3 hour reveal?  They are drinking their own koolaid.  Waste of time.

3 hour reveal???  What the hell are they going to do; have a humongous 32x18 grid and reveal the games for each week one-at-a-time?

This game is the definition of the "larry david" reaction gif.

We get to watch philly beat dallas.  Philly fans are insufferable but Dallas loses.

The ratings always do well with them even when they suck.  Unfortunately.

They will have that guy with the big ears trying to pump up the Jets vs. Saints as game of the week.

Where?  There's virtually no way 2 or 3 of those games aren't night games

interesting from Schefter/Mcafee talking about the social teams for the NFL for the official schedule release.  Apparently "the bills have a good one".

and they probably want to feature Dallas before the team’s record can get too bad.

From Google: “In the 2024 NFL season, the Kansas City Chiefs generated the highest TV ratings, with an average of 25.5 million viewers per game. Following closely behind were the Detroit Lions with 23.8 million viewers, and the Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Ravens each attracting 23.8 million viewers, rounding out the top four.”

OPHS would still get multiple roughing the passer penalties, too.
