PEDs, gambling, cheating, etc are all directly related to their job. Off-field stuff isnt. Folks get so confused about employer discipline when it comes to this stuff. I could commit a whole bunch of crimes that my employer would have zero business punishing me over. Including car accidents. Now, I get that they are in high-profile positions and the league needs to protect it's public image in order to make money, but that is the only reason they get involved with punishments for off-field issues. Punishing people for off-field crimes is what the judicial system is for, and he'll be serving 30 days and 5 years probation. Any issues with that, take it up with the courts. 4 2 Quote
