But we have Superman at QB and that's what matters most in this league. Kudos to Tomlin for coaching up a sad sack roster to squeak into this game. They won't draft high enough to get a solid one with Tomlin giving them a winning record out of mediocre talent. No coach or player decides they want to tank. There's too much on the line for their resume That's a front office choice. Things will likely need to get worse before they get better. And we know how bad that can be. Please don't compare aging Ben to Josh. McD has one divisional win in his career. Tomlin has 2 AFC championships, 3 division wins, and a Super Bowl. McD has how many playoff wins? It’s very cool that he won a Super Bowl when a plucky Senator from Chicago ran for President, but Mason Rudolph was still using coloring books at home at that time. We were drafting 21 & 22 & made it up to #7. Many around here couldn't imagine getting up to 7 from 21, but Beane found a way and got a little lucky because nobody took Josh in the top 6. If Pittsburgh wants to they could package a combination of players & pick to move way up.
