Bull poop. Sports was one of the few places you can go without all the hoopla. It was the place since Jackie Robinson that uniforms made everyone equal. Cheering was not affected by race, color creed or sexuality. Our lives were impacted. Now we are are endangering this wonderful neutral ground. Where we all shared commonality. There were people who had their life views changed by Thurman, Brruuuce, Jimbo, Marv and many others through their actions and mutual love and respect. Celebrating any of them because of color, sexuality, religion etc would be wrong. Celebrating them because of who they proved to be as humans, team mates and citizens brings us together.
