All this talk of the indictments just hardening Trump base

That base was never going away. You cannot move based off of trying to change mines. At this point the sunlight is on the cockroaches are not going back under the floorboards willingly.

You prosecute because he committed crimes it’s doing the American people a disservice not to prosecute. Press forward Jack.

Half of your fellow citizens prefer to identify as ‘deplorable’, not cockroaches.  Try and keep our preferred adjectives straight.

Ex trump attorney Ty Cobb has a strong opinion on the case

Ty Cobb, who represented then-President Trump in former special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into the Trump campaign and Russian meddling in the 2016 election, said in response to the former president's third indictment that he thinks Trump is “toast.”

“[O]n the state of mind issues above, there will be evidence from more than one or two witnesses that Trump acknowledged that he lost,” Cobb wrote in a Facebook post yesterday, referring to Trump’s third indictment.

“That is just the cherry on top of a mountain of evidence that would satisfy the ‘reckless disregard’ or ‘should have known’ standards that are alternatives to proving actual knowledge,” he added. “He knew. He is toast. DC jury: He is done. Until he wins the election and the fun begins all over.”

Cobb served in the Trump White House in 2017 and 2018, where he led the internal response to the Mueller probe. Mueller ended his investigation without charging Trump with obstruction of justice, saying that was because of Justice Department guidelines barring a sitting president from being indicted.

Although Trump expressed “full confidence” in Cobb a few weeks before his departure in 2018, Cobb has since distanced himself from the former president. Asked by NBC News last year about the prospect of another Trump presidential bid, months before the former president officially announced his campaign, Cobb said he “is a disaster for the Republican Party" and that "the Big Lie has been good only for Trump," referring to the former president's baseless claims of election fraud.

To be clear, the cockroaches are not the conservatives

The cockroaches are the far right, who is much more dangerous than the far left

They are the ones that ignore audio and visual evidence and call it twice impeached sexual predator three times indicted ex-president a savior

You have absolutely no proof on tape that Biden did any sort of bribery, none zilch if the Republicans had anything, they would’ve already been pushing towards impeachment if you’re fact of the matter that they’re dancing around it while they’re witnesses flop whenever they’re testifying tells you all you need to know

By the way, I find it humorous how people make these determinations of what people do for a living on an Internet message board. I personally have never done that to anyone here because I don’t know them. It makes you look like a ***** idiot whenever you do it.

It's not a case of succeeding or not succeeding.  It a case of actually committing the criminal act or chargeable offense.  What criminal act or chargeable offense did Trump commit in order to conspire and obstruct?  I'll save you the response.  No matter what you might cite it should be a count in the indictment.  The current indictment contains no charge for anything.  If for example, its attempting to disrupt the electoral college certification or inciting protesters to attack the Capitol then one or both of those should be a count(s) in the indictment.  Thinking and talking about a criminal act or a chargeable crime and not committing a criminal act or chargeable offense is not a violation of the law because in the context of an act the government has no legal standing to regulate your thoughts and private conversations.

I'm far from a legal expert but I've sat on Grand Juries 3 times, currently on one.  Heard maybe 150 cases across the three times presented by a prosecutor.  I don't recall a single case where the prosecutor presents a charge of conspiracy without a count in the indictment for the actual crime.  Committing 3rd degree burglary and charged with conspiracy to commit 3rd degree burglary.  Nobody's charged with conspiracy to commit 3rd degree burglary without be charged with committing 3rd degree burglary.

Can you even imagine the gymnastics move you would do undo everything you said if Obama pulled a Conald?

You are a mess.

It just amazes me how you make these accusations on people that you don’t know I have repeatedly said that I would vote for a Republican if they actually upheld the values that they claim to have

There are some things that I agree with on the conservative side

Imagine a Biden cult….that’s like the funniest thing I’ve heard today! He’s the complete opposite of a cult leader. Has anyone ever flown Biden flags or worn Biden hats? I’ve never seen them. Biden has never said “I alone can fix it …” How many republicans disagree with Trump and what happens to them. We all know the answer and that’s a sign it’s a cult.

Biden isn’t even that loved he’s tolerated because the alternative to him is so much worse

It provokes your anger and resentment, doesn't it?  Kinda the point.  Much of the MAGA hate for the left stems from this.  While calling D's socialists and commies, when they illustrate their success in capitalism they are "elites" and are despised.  It's schizophrenic and pathetic.  You guys just want the govt to do whatever is best for you.  Doesn't matter how or who it hurts just as long as the actions improve your life.  Or you believe that they will.  That's the extent of the political philosophy of MAGAs and that's why they are at our throats.
