You are trying to troll now.

Did Tucker not cherry pick clips last night?  He did.  Is it fair the most biased "news" station received the extra hours of video?  Nope.  Did Tucker and his tanned nads give any attention to the violence from that day?  Is he trying to rile up idiots to gloss over the evils from that day?

You are being manipulated, not us.  The funny part is I actually think you're smarter than them.  They are just saying what you want to hear and it's clouding your judgment.

I find it odd that you don't realize that both sides of the political aisle are being manipulated by their respective parties. If you are smart enough to figure out TC's motives (and I agree with you to an extent, he is basically chumming the water), then you probably aren't stupid enough to ignore what your own party did with the Jan 6 committee. Where does that leave you?

The Russell Brand interview was entertaining.  I like him.  He was talking about spirituality and existentialism to Tuck and Tuck looked absolutely bored and disinterested.  It appeared to be a repeat of his pay for view show recorded earlier and likely a directive from the Wizard of Fox, Murdoch, to fill time from the propaganda Tuck had originally planned.  That and multiple 3 minute ads from the My Pillow guy hawking his pillows with new cooling tech fibers (are people really this dumb?).  I like Bill Maher too.  Very much.  Taibii is grifting.  The other 2 I've never heard of.

What makes you think Taibii is grifting?

Over the past few days, L Ron has offered up something along the lines of “the youth are with us”, “geriatrics!”, “rile up idiots”, “you’re being manipulated, not us!”.

All this related to the release of surveillance tapes from the Capitol.   Transparency is the enemy, it seems.

If this needs to be explained again and again it only appears you want to block the truth.

A righteous Prez would never make speeches likely to lead to an invasion of congress or suggest his VP deserved to die for not supporting the invasion.

Thank goodness for Pence's honorable intentions.

String up HC if you want, maybe deserved, and Bidens kid, and AOC, and Cuomo, and Bannon, etc etc, BUT non of that can cast a protective barrier around Trumps actions and lack of action.

What truth?  "Likely invasion"?  LOL!

He told them to "peacefully and patriotically make [their] voices heard."  They didn't listen.  That's not on him and "he made me do it" isn't a valid defense.

Certainly it is 100% on the shoulders of the man referred to as the most powerful man in the world. When the 9 innings and 27 outs is done it is not the honorable thing to do to encourage the home town fans to kill the umps.

Leadership comes along with responsibility.

Should the democratic opposition make speeches about the effectiveness of Lee Oswald to their supporters. Of course not.

This has nothing to do with Trump and personally I care not what becomes of him when all this is said and done.  This is about gross misconduct of elected and un-elected government officials playing fast and loose with the facts which resulted in 100's of American citizens, mostly on minor charges, being indefinitely detained without bail and jailed on ginned up charges while being denied due process of the law.  In this case, the governments suppression of video evidence that contradicts many of the prosecutions contentions.  Along with that, a House committee comprised of members with preconceived opinions of guilt while cherry picking evidence, facts, and witnesses that supported those expectations.  A committee that was chartered to investigate but rather assumed the role of prosecution.  Now that video evidence suppressed for 2 years is out the usual cast of characters that claim allegiance to democracy are scared silly of the truth.

No it's not.  Breaking into the Capitol never happened before.  And again, he never advocated violence and in fact asked for the opposite.  It's on the idiots who broke the laws.

This is the new theme for the far right.  It's everyone against them.  Actually it's not new, just an amplification of the victim theme.  And it's a huge loser for future elections.  CPAC is now irrelevant x to far right loons.  Know who won the straw polls at CPAC for prez the last 4 times?

Fully aware that both sides are manipulative.  But I almost always agree more with one sides goals than the others

Because you suggest he didnt suggest violence does not make it so.

Ask Pence!

Of course Trump went overboard and sherked his responsibility for the orderly transition. Openly demanding his vp not perform his duties as has been tradition for 200+ years. Encouraging extremists.

Jail HC, put Bidens kid in jail, arrest AOC,impeach Joe, BUT Trump is guilty and performed unprofessional, illegal and intentional acts against congress and the American people and the system that separates the USA from the rest of the world.

Yeah, it does.  Sometimes people do stupid ***** all on their own.  Or, say, at the urging of some guy saying it for 2 days and actually being there when the violence starts.

I mentioned that the other day, and L Ron took issue with it.   Turns out darkness is preferable at times.

Meanwhile, the owner of the WaPo is zipping around the world in a $500m super yacht, so either way, it’s good for business.

wanna get a piece of that yacht?  Change the tax laws.  wondering if the my pillow guy has one or just a big aluminum canoe.  His customers clearly don't understand the laws of thermodynamics or choose to ignore them just like they do most science.

The $3M, two-year January 6th committee was destroyed by a single devastating cable news segment

- because the left was never interested in truth. They just wanted revenge

by David Marcus

Over the course of two years, hundreds of witness interviews, and 10 highly choreographed public hearings, Democrats in Congress sought to create a carefully constructed story of the January 6th Capitol Hill riots. How fitting that such an extravagant outlay of government resources would be thrown on the trash heap by a single cable news segment. On Monday night, Fox News' Tucker Carlson played never-before-seen footage of the Capitol riot.

As Tucker himself said, most of the footage he’s shown (hand-picked from over 400 hours, just as the Jan 6 Committee hand-picked its release footage) shows “mostly peaceful chaos.” “Mostly peaceful” — the exact terminology ridiculed by the Right when it was used in conjunction with the BLM post-George Floyd protests. It was stupid to use that terminology then; it’s stupid to use it now. If I’m any group of 1,000 protesters just 10% are behaving violently, who cares what the 90% are doing? It’s still 100 rioters.
