Donald Trump looks "tired and stressed" as the numerous indictments against him are clearly starting to mount "intolerable pressure" on the former president, an expert has said.

In a video posted on Truth Social earlier this week, Mr. Trump appeared unusually unkempt as he "verbally faltered" while taking aim at the slew of charges brought against him in recent months, body language expert Judi James said.

She also said his appearance and "verbal slurring" were tell-tale signs that he is under too much strain as criminal proceedings hang over his head.

Posting his filmed statement on Thursday, railed against the "rigged and corrupt" indictments thrown his way and demanded all charges be "immediately withdrawn" by authorities.

He appeared to be reading from an autocue and his critics on social media took aim at his "garbled and slurred" delivery.
