Allen, despite what some here think, made the absolute proper, safe throw to secure an absolutely huge gain. He lost his bearings a little and didn't know where the defender was because he blew him up so good. I am more and more convinced he thought Sorenson was behind him and was going to thud into him so he slowed to make sure he had secured the ball to survive the hit.
