Richard Nixon was above the law.
Hillary Clinton was above the law.
Eliott Spitzer was above the law.
Eric Schneiderman was above the law.
Bill Clinton was above the law.
By definition, every US President is above the law.
Jussie Smollette was above the law before he wasn’t.
Ted (and virtually every other) Kennedy was above the law.
Kurt Zagon was Above The Law before Nico Toscani did him in.

I’m just getting started, it’s widely known and understood that there are those that walk among us that are above the law.

I find the committee spokesperson’s choice of words interesting.  “Misconduct” is a bit of a weasel word when used by politically motivated individuals.   At the same time, maybe Cippolone has provided the smoking gun that for unknown reasons, he hadn’t shared with law enforcement?

They have nothing to tie Trump to people breaking into the Capitol, which, again, isn't even a crime according to Kinzinger.  This is the Russian Collusion farce all over again with the semi-weekly "new information..." or "so-and-so will testify..." which ultimately leads nowhere.

So they have to move the goal posts and start claiming that the rally was over a lie and that that somehow was the reason for people breaking in.  Which also isn't going to work.  Not that the majority of people care about this anyway.

The plan is very similar to Russiagate.   Repeat a narrative over and over until fatigue sets in and supporters tap out.

When considering the breathless reporting that took place when Trump was in office, people leaving, staff being terminated virtually every thing in the world tied back to the presidency and how he might/might not act, one might now wonder why with the economy in shambles why the same reporters point to external factors beyond the control of the president.

Trump is employing the same strategy with respect to the stolen election.  Looking at the crowds that appear at his rallies, that message resonates with people.

It should get very interesting as we get closer to midterms and 2024.

I'd rather Trump stepped-aside given his age and the divisiveness that follows him.  If he wins again, it's going to be another 4 years of libs crying like children and trying to invent scandals at every turn.

No, Marion Berry went to jail

Blagojevich Went to jail.

And Trumps crimes are far worse than anyone else’s so he should serve time.

I don’t care about the divisiveness, it’s going to happen regardless of whatever R candidate runs.

For me, it’s the age issue primarily.

But Trump did collude with Russia

Just like Trump coordinated and incited the insurrection and storming of the capital.

You, @Doc and the rest of the cult can continue your little circle jerk reassuring yourself Trump is innocent based on conspiracy.

There will definitely be divisiveness because they'll paint DeSantis as a Trump clone or the usual "ists".  But Trump just makes them crazier for some reason.

Wait, the argument wasn’t that everyone is above the law.  Some people clearly get arrested. On any given day it’s probably in the hundreds nationally.

Politico Poll Shows No One Listening to Rigged January 6 Committee

By JOHN NOLTE

In October 2021, 67 percent of Republicans said Donald Trump “should run” for president again in 2024. Today, 66 percent say the same.

Put another way: the Rigged Kangaroo Court Known As The January 6 Committee, is a total flop.

“Former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson’s vivid testimony last month to the select House committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol attack was the latest to shake Washington, but much like the panel’s other public hearings,” Morning Consult reports, “it appears to have done little to change Americans’ minds about another presidential bid by Donald Trump, according to a new Morning Consult/Politico survey.”

Yes, that’s a poll from Morning Consult and the left-wing Politico. Can you imagine the heartache over there?

Why would the committee call either of these witnesses to provide on-the-record testimony that would refute and contradict the second hand hearsay testimony of their "star" witness?  This Spiro person must be mentally S L O W not to be able to understand that and another run of the mill deep state harlot.

Oh, or it because there was enough collaboration that the Trump/Secret Service guy had credibility issues and the story was verified by others... hence why @B-Man hasn't produced any more thoughts from REDSTATE.

And then there is this from just last week:

Secret Service Director James Murray to step down, head to Snap

Murray has faced criticism for approving Anthony Ornato, a senior Secret Service official, as a political adviser in the Trump White House.

What is the purpose of these hearings? I mean, what kind of endgame are these people looking for? Seems like a big waste of time... at this point in time.

To understand what happened that lead to the events of January 6th and make it clear to the nation who was responsible.

Considering that they have sworn testimony from almost everyone in the upper echelon of the Trump admin, campaign, and DoJ that the election was not stolen, but people today still believe it and we even have candidates running on that complete BS, I feel like it's a good idea to keep hammering that point home as well.

We know what happened, there was a rigged and fraudulent election that took place in November 2020. That's what lead to the protest. We didn't need this politicized circus to understand that.

Has it never occurred to you that January 6th was a set up?

I don't know anyone who gives a crap about this anymore... everyone is more concerned with the price of gas and groceries, stuff like that. The border too... but not this. Just seems like a waste of money and time.

What was the purpose of that tweet?  Aren't they still willing to testify that what happened, when they were the only other people in the car, wasn't what Vindwoman claimed based on hearsay?

No there wasn't.

Yes there was. Swing states were flooded with unrequested and unverifiable paper ballots. The “ need “ for this was pushed by the Dems immediately after the emergence of Sars2. They knew Trump was on a collision course to overwhelming victory in November of 2020 and were determined to cheat to stop it. It’s pretty obvious and not hard to figure out. The fact the ballots were unverifiable was their built in excise - there is no evidence! Even though stuffing the ballot box is one of the oldest trucks of all time.

All of this is BS.

We now have sworn testimony that these claims were investigated and found to be without merit by Trump's DoJ, Trump's campaign, and Trump's White House lawyers.

If you still believe this, then are you saying that all of those people, whose jobs counted on Trump winning, committed perjury by saying that he did not win? That, for some reason, they decided to lie under oath that they had investigated the fraud claims and found them to be baseless?

And none of the 60+ Trump campaign lawsuits could verify this conspiracy and get one realistic win in court?

Weird.

Perhaps some political creatures who want to stay in Washington at all costs would testify such things but that’s about it. None of this was ever investigated fully as the Dem establishment prevented anyone from actually doing so. Again , they’re excuse was built in - there is no “ evidence” . There’s plenty of evidence if you want to find it. The official line is repeated ad infinitum to dismiss it. Everyone knows the unverifiable unrequested paper ballots were used. It’s common knowledge- Cuomo and corrupt NYS were one of the first to allow it. Are you saying that none of this happened ? We all saw it and heard it when it was announced.

We have testimony from Bill Barr and his deputies that they investigated every claim of fraud that was raised and found them all to be without merit.

So is it your assertion that they were all committing perjury, or that somehow nobody raised the particular theory your are espousing to them?

Or is it that Trump's hand-picked DoJ leadership were secret Dem deep state globalist illuminati baby eaters?
