If the Steelers are resting starters, it puts the Browns at less of a disadvantage if they are also playing backups. You also have to wonder if the 8-team playoff that was rumored should the game not get played by Monday is a possibility at that point. Let MIA/IND/CLE/BAL in and have KC play in the first round.
