Most would disagree.  I haven’t talked to one person that thinks it’s a good podcast, minus you.  It’s a painful listen imo.

Why? They get good guests and how often do you get insight from an NFL owner. IMO It is worth a watch/listen.

Why should the accomplishments of someone’s daughter, sister, wife or mother not be celebrated the same as someone’s son, bother, husband or father? Do women have to be relegated to lessor status because men like to look at some of them?

Like I said I’ve never watched any female sports except golf and maybe tennis but that only because I was rooting for the Pegulas daughter. I guess I just assumed that all of the coaches were female but I honestly didn’t know. I’m not sure what you are trying to say because I didn’t say anything about anybody’s accomplishments being relegated to a lesser status.

Ahhh the relentless pursuit for equality in the workforce.  I am going to retire in the next few months.  Seen a lot of changes in my 39+ years of professional life.

The pursuit of equality and equity is truly a noble endeavor.

How is a female coach going to do a locker room speech with half naked guys all over the locker room?

Aren't we past the point of caring about who sees who naked? You're there to do a job. Want to see naked people? Try pornhub.

Do men not coach women’s teams? Why does the question even have relevance?

I find it humorous that the guys pointing out how superior men are to women athletically couldn’t even get a sniff at a spot on the women’s basketball team at Vanderbilt (99.99% of the time).

I used to work at a bank with a guy who said he could beat any women outside of the top 10 in tennis. I said “James, you don’t even have a decent backhand, you couldn’t beat a single women in the top 1,000.” I was being generous in that case, but I seem to offend people on a regular basis. 🤷‍♂️

As for front office, media types etc. gender does not matter one iota. Good for Kim for making space for qualified people regardless of gender!

To be honest I don’t even know if men coach female sports. I only watch the LPGA and that is because of the outfits.

Men coach women's sports.  Friend's daughter had been pro volleyball player in Europe for 4 years before Covid.  Been coached by both women and men.

Like a lot of stuff people bring up, really a non-issue.  Either do the locker room speech before anyone's stripped off, or delay it a hot moment while everyone towels off and climbs into clothes enough for decency.

Women’s basketball at UConn seems to have done pretty well over the years.

The Bills don't need more women in their coverage of the team...........they just need more talent regardless of gender.

They have guys like Tasker and Bulldog slurping and stuttering relentlessly........and providing little insight.......on the mic during the day time shows at their flagship station and Maddy is flat out inaudible.    Maddy's mom is a play-by-play person with a huge voice so she got a leg up in the biz but not sure how far she can go with the faint pipes.

Spot on !

you're right!

James would get obliterated by any professional female tennis player, period.

Not even worth a discussion. it's similar to the "oh this college team could beat this PRO team"

would never happen, period.

@Gene1973

I see you here making all of these skeptical faces and liking demeaning comments. Care to stand up and wave to the crowd?

The misogyny tell tails become obvious when Kim is brought up, it so obviously pains many here that she owns the team, its a manly mans game, and there ain’t no room for women it it, didn’t ya know that 😂👍

Go Bills!!!

Problem I have with women as coaches and GMs etc, is that they’ve never played the game. Have any of them played at a high school level? Let alone at the collegiate or professional level? Football players are wired to hurt people.. Many of these men are missing a screw.. Who wants some broad telling them what to do? Football is for men, not women. If a woman wants to coach, let them coach women’s football.
