Hoax.  Or at least not yet.  Looks like the DC Circuit is going to let the trial judge proceed as planned.  That plan almost surely involves a slow-roll until about February 1 of next year, at which point the trial judge will hope that different set of (non-partisan) eyes at the DOJ will have reviewed the case.

Federal prosecutors are preparing to charge longtime GOP fundraiser Elliott Broidy in connection with efforts to influence the U.S. government on behalf of foreign interests, according to people familiar with the matter, a result of a sprawling, years-long investigation that involved a figure who helped raise millions for Donald Trump’s election and the Republican Party.

Broidy is under scrutiny for his alleged role in a campaign to persuade high-level Trump administration officials to drop an investigation of Malaysian government corruption, as well as for his attempt to push for the extradition of an outspoken Chinese dissident back to his home country, according to the people, who, like others interviewed for this report, spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe an ongoing investigation.

He has been in discussions with the Justice Department and could ultimately reach a plea deal, they said.

Looked.  Can’t find it.  Saw it on FB last night.  It might be on wnymedia.net sometime today.

Here’s a pic of the confrontation.  The guy in the Bud Light shirt was pretty upset about the exercise of First Amendment rights.  He and other (similarly old, washed, and moderately sober patrons) did things like flip off the protesters, yell racial slurs, and insult them from the sidewalk outside the bar.  The guy with the 80s mullet, who actually played peacemaker in this photo, displayed his anus to the crowd as well.  Not classy.

A while back I mentioned that any and everyone -- even those who thought he shouldn't have been prosecuted for providing false statements -- would have to admit that at the very least Michael Flynn was "reckless" in carrying out his various lobbying affairs on behalf of foreign governments.

Shockingly, this statement was met with a visceral response from a dehorned pachyderm and others.

Well, this would surely count as "reckless" if not criminal:

In other news, it looks like Trump surrogate and disgraced Congressman Chris Collins has not been Flynndicated and now is an inmate in the federal prison system.  It’s too bad that Chris is an inmate, but it’s worse that he ripped people off from the White House lawn. Sad all around.

Trump U was a hoax now?

What about Trump Steaks? I heard they weren't a hoax, just decidedly mediocre and a bad value for the price:

The New York Post conducted a blind taste test and compared[6] Trump Steaks with mail-order porterhouses from Peter Luger Steak House and three New York City establishments. Trump Steaks earned a rating of 7.5 out of 10 (with the high cost of Trump Steaks noted),[6] losing to $35-a-pound mail-order porterhouses from Peter Luger with a rating of 9.5, but a higher rating than the Greenwich Village butcher and the Ottomanelli Brothers.[20][21] Tad's Steaks,[22] a cheap steak cafeteria,[23] received "This cow should be ashamed".[6] The Associated Press and The Oklahoman wrote positive reviews of the steaks, but also noted the high price.[13][24] The Palm Beach Post panelists best rated the Angus-certified and prime-graded bone-in rib-eye against choice-graded bone-in rib-eyes and prime-graded Publix,[25] giving the steaks an "A" and writing "Trump isn't kidding. Our panelists could barely believe how flavorful and tender the 16-ounce bone-in rib-eye was." However, the high price of the steaks was also noted (the others were $9-$16 per pound).[25] Gourmet magazine opined, "these steaks are wholly mediocre".[26]

This deserves a bump.  Looks like #flynndicated was a hoax.  Another scumbag trumper who evaded the rule of law through abuse of the pardon power.

Man I really hope Trump resigns so Pence can pardon him and he just doesn't that'd be such a great ending to all this.

Amen.

It would have been nice to see it close out with the charges dismissed but the system is what it is.

Yup.  Blame it on an activist judge.

No.

Rather an established pattern of criminal behavior, brushes with the law, accusations of sexual abuse, money laundering, bank fraud, public antics, messy divorces, mob ties, and bankrupsies that no one who grew up around NYC or Jersey found shocking when similar chaos and accusations followed him into his Presidency.

There was no need for some liberal cabal, plot, or hoax to manufacture things that have followed that man around his whole life.

Who would have thought this once great nation would be lead by a president getting shook down by some ambulance-chasing lawyer representing a porn star that had been paid off to shut her up.

Stay proud Trump fans, you deserve him.
