Option 1B is a dome at the current site in OP: acceptable. Is a stretch as to who is paying. A dome downtown = unacceptable. Unrealistic financially. I’m not EVER attending a cold weather game again. That was so 1990s and I’ve earned my Cold Badge. While the outdoors was delightful, it’s an anachronism today. However! The Bills are neither from a large metropolis, nor composed of upper income fans and deep pocket corporations. Building a beautiful dome (e.g. Indy- which I’ve attended) doesn’t come gratis.
