Used to attend a lot of SU football games back in the late 90’s, but I gave up on them long ago. They are much improved, but never really bought into the hype. Syracuse was once on the fringe of being in the elite of college football. There just aren’t enough elite recruits in the northeast to field that type of program these days. They dominated them offensively yard wise with a kid that had thrown 10 passes all of his college career coming in. All this in front of 100,000 people. They were picked to be maybe 5-5 at best this year and now maybe this gives us hope they can be closer to 7-3 and get into another bowl game. They have the quality runners and OL.
