Don't know what it is... Haven't seen other pictures of her... But, almost like she has "Parkinson's Face" (masked facies). A guy @ work had Parkinson's and had a mask like expression. Of course this is a mug shot... But it's like she is frozen. Just saying... Like she is wearing a "mask." Maybe she should see a doctor my Holiday Inn Express diagnosis ain't cutting it.
