Apparently you could hear his voice in the background but yes, it would make sense that he was there.

Am I crazy or do I remember the actor who played Hank saying that he has no interest in coming back?

I googled it and did not find anything referring to that.

Yeah, what I'm seeing is that he didn't think he'd be on the show. I'd love to see him back. I love everything about Hank except the spelling of his last name.

I'm watching Breaking Bad with my girlfriend since she's never seen it. Hank is a bigger douche in the early episodes and seems to have "evolved".

there were parts of the breaking bad story i think there weren't too confident in originally; having major story lines behind hank and his wife were not that easy to begin with as they were introduced rather oddly. the whole thing about kim being a clepto is bizzare still and had nothign to do with the story except that she was crazy.

Hank was a douche, until the Tuco shooting and Tortuga incidents. A key theme in BB is how facing death "changes a man."

That can be said with most TV series

Writers sometimes throw sh*t against the wall to see what sticks. Sometimes they find a peanut

Best witness crack-up since Bogart in The Caine Mutiny, but Bogart's character had directly asked for help from his men.

I was extremely impressed with Michael McKean's acting skills last night. Chuck's meltdown on the stand was nothing shirt of epic.

TV has given me probably the last great 1,000 acting moments, movies recently made 0

I agree. We all knew there was going to be a breakdown and yet I was impressed at how it was executed.

While I agree, I still can't help be distracted by the expectation that he'll start discoursing on the patron saint of quality footwear.

Great episode, the crest fallen look on Howard's face, Chuck's soliloquy, Jimmy winning but it taking everything out of him emotionally.....excellent episode.

So Jimmy glides on this major threat, then he gets broken over something trivial? Is that how this works?
