Tried calling twice and after the automated system failed and tried to fix it got connected to a dial tone. The screen now reads "NO NEED TO CALL US. Service will be restored as soon as technical difficuties are resolved..." blah blah blah. They better get this crap sorted by Sunday... Note to self. Pick up an HD antenna.
