  1. This seem pretty accurate. I'm not TT fan and want him gone after this season but he played a very solid game today. Made a few throws into tight windows he doesn't normally make.
  2. I don't know what you'd call "cried" but my eyes were full of tears and I was as happy as I've been in, well, since my son hit a homerun in his final at bat of little league in his championship game earlier this year.
  3. I'm not Mr. Positive but the Jags are the home team I'd most want to face in the playoffs. Bills aren't a very good team but they have a legit shot vs. the Jags.
  4. The general public had no idea what MMA or the UFC was.
  5. As do I! I told my wife that taking my 13 year old son was a, “once in a lifetime opportunity!” So far, for his life, it is!!
  6. Brings a tear to my eye 4 hours later! AWESOME!!!
  7. Mother than internet speculation, how is that different?
  8. 18 years ago I didn’t just pay $1500 for tix and plane tix to go to Jax and see a playoff game in person!
  9. Ultimately I think the answer lies in how the Bills did with those draft picks if they brought in Cousins. If they hit on most of them the setback from a Cousin's "bust" would be heavily mitigated. Sure they'd lose lots of money in guaranteed but that would be offset with quality young players playing on their rookie contract. However, if they missed on those picks then Cousins not panning out and those picks failing would kill the Bills for a long time.
  10. I saw a stat the other day that said Zay leads the league in uncatchable target percentage (with a qualifying number of targets of 50). 50% of the balls thrown in Zays direction are uncatchable. I believe Goodwin was second in this list with 47% or so. This doesn’t absolve him from all the drops he’s had, but his lack of production isn’t only on his shoulders.
  11. It seems to me that the Bills defenders often times go for the strip of the ball instead of just wrapping up and making the tackle. They might be a victim of their own early season success at forcing turnovers.
  12. Unless you've discovered some dimension where actions don't have consequences, it's all real world. And just accepting things aren't the way they should be isn't a great philosophy in dealing with any problems one encounters in life, no matter how small.
  13. But ultimately the “”Bills fan narrative” doesn’t matter. The coaching staff and front office didn’t think enough of him to warrant the contract, so they moved him. Whether it was because of his lack of effort, issues with character or just a general lack of production, we will never know. What we do know is they thought they were better off with the draft pick than the player. Insult the coaching staff/front office if you don’t like the move because the fans had nothing to do with it.
  14. So whenever people encounter injustice in the real world they should just shrug and say, “that’s the way it is.”? That sounds like a great philosophy that would definitely serve mankind well through the ages.
  15. Titans losing last week is going to end up costing the Bills a realistic shot at the playoffs.
  16. This is simply wrong. Titans win today helps the Bills a lot as long as the Bills lose. If that happens all that needs to happen in the last week is the Jags and Bills win and the Bills are in no matter what.
  17. This is a problem with the league. Rules should be uniformly enforced, no matter what the franchise or who the player. Picking and choosing when to enforce rules is a bunch of BS and this lack of consistency with disciplinary action is one of the things that's pissing fans off these days.
  18. This pretty much happened last week vs. the Dolphins (+3 turnover margin and 2 TT touchdowns) and the Bills still had to hold on by the skin of their teeth to beat the lowly Dolphins. a +2 turnover margin won't be enough unless Brady or Gronk go down with an injury early. Getting one of those two guys off the field is the only realistic way I see the Bills pulling an upset.
  19. Yes. Ravens lose last two Chargers lose last two Dolphins lose to KC Same thing happens if the Titans beat the Rams. Beat Miami and Jags beat Titans and Bills are in.
  20. If they go 1-1 in the next two weeks it's better if they beat Miami. It helps with tiebreakers vs. the Ravens. Lose to Miami and tie Baltimore and the Bills lose the tiebreaker. Beat the Dolphins and lose the NE and they'd hold the tiebreaker over Baltimore. Granted, I don't think Baltimore will lose a game...
  21. I think Hogboy killed him in a spearing contest.
  22. If they can't beat the best team in the NFL, on the road, then who cares about the playoffs?
  23. The article didn't get into specifics but do you really think the Patriots training staff objects to drinking water, stretching and eating veggies? Nobody would think his personal trainer was a "kook" if that's all he believed in.
