With his size, he may be able to help in the Michael Thomas role. -
Kumerow claimed by Saints (now Waived by Saints)

Yeah, he was fun to watch on coverage teams. He’d haul a$$ and when the kickoff would be a touchback, he’d still sprint all the way to the back of the end zone. -
I can see NFL Sunday Ticket go to Amazon Prime

AT&T continues to try and find a buyer for Directv. It wouldn’t be a surprise if they just cut their losses. I was just reading that they lost over 600K Directv customers last Qtr and it was an improvement over prior Qtrs -

Yep, I’m hoping for that. Just pay for individual games, like their movies that aren’t free. -
I thought so, too! Also, how does the punter leading the league in punting average not make it, but instead a rookie for the 6-8 Pats does?

I don’t know how much of it he actually creates, but that is the best read out there. -

A Few Thoughts About the Broncos Game, in no particular order
BobbyC81 replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the main reason is that their leader, Josh Allen, doesn’t seem to be a person to throw others under the bus, nor is the head coach. The rest of the players follow their lead. -
Longest Throw ever recorded belongs to.....

Yeah, they moved the goalposts back because it used to happen a lot more when they were at the goal line. Don’t think I’d seen someone run into it so hard at the back line -
Mike Tomlin on physicality of Bills

Yeah, those rankings were weird. Poyer and Hyde both listed as just safeties. Poyer, who could be All-Pro, was ranked like a dozen spots below Hyde -
I agree. Unless there is some unforeseen situation, I can’t see Josh not spending the bulk of his career with the Bills. It may be too early to say, but I also could not imagine a Wentz/Trubisky type regression for Josh. They seem to have developed him the right way. Comments from teammates yesterday about Jalen Hurts impressive leadership skills are a telling sign about Wentz losing his job. You can clearly see that Josh Allen is a strong leader of this Buffalo Bills team.

C’mon, how can you say there wasn’t a good culture in the Rex years? He named players as captains for games against their former teams. Despite a new CBA, limiting the number of practices, he blew off a training camp practice to take the team bowling in support of team building. He was a good players-coach. It was the other aspects of his coaching that led to his downfall, like failing to challenge a call in KC because they didn’t show the replay on the video board.

The word “process” is somewhat being misused by McDermott. A process is a sequence of events. For the Bills it is more of a philosophy and culture. For the 76ers, the Process was to get rid of high priced players, tank to get high draft picks, draft top players with those draft picks, develop those players and add supporting players to the roster. That process is over. You don’t hear people associated with the Sixers still using that term.

3 worst passing teams right now are...

Yeah, once every 35 years we get it right! -
What basis do you have for this? He’s never been a head coach at any level. There’s a big difference between developing and calling plays and managing the whole team and being responsible for game management. Some succeed and some fail. Norv Turner is one example of a very good OC who never had success at multiple tries as head coach.

The replay of that pass from the end zone camera was awesome. The pass protection at times this season has been unbelievable. Josh has time to go thru all his progressions not only once but twice. Several times I’ve rewound plays to see how much time he had before throwing or running and it has been 7 to 9 seconds.
