  1. That’s what I thought. I don’t recall any injuries to Green Bay receivers on Thursday but maybe SF? Or NE, as Jacobi Myers is supposed to be out this week, as well as Edelman and N.Harry.
  2. You beat me to it on the Rashad score. In a back-and-forth 4th Quarter, he badly faked out the DB in the end zone to catch the winning pass. For significance, the Nate Odomes INT in overtime in the Comeback game to set up the winning FG.
  3. Yeah, dock them a 6th round pick. That’ll show them! 🥱
  4. That’s 35-6 now! 🙂
  5. Speaking of equipment, does a football helmet lose some effectiveness when the player slams it on the ground? You see so many times a player is pissed about something and slams his helmet on the ground or on something. Then puts his helmet back on and goes back on the field. Brady did it today, slamming his on the bench.
  6. Every GM outside of Seattle should be fired for taking the Combine stats too seriously and passing on him. The Raiders passed on him 4 times. Did you see how he looked going up against the Niners CB? It looked like a Dad vs his 10 year old. Remember our Buddy who said “we need a WR who’s open even when he’s not”. That’s this guy. It was interesting though that the week before vs Arizona he had only 2 receptions. Was Lockett that much of a better matchup?
  7. I noticed Shanahan getting a little too cute at times last night. They ran one play where they had the wildcat formation with the RB and Garoppolo split out wide. The WR (Aiyuk?) came in motion and the RB attempted a fake handoff to him, but they bumped each other and the play lost 5 yards.
  8. I agree, although I also watch other games that aren’t available in my market.
  9. He may be more effective as an inside backer in a 3-4 but as a strong side LB, he’s bad. I’m surprised teams don’t run and throw more at him. Of course, when you could run a semi untouched thru some of the holes the d-line allows, teams have many choices.
  10. You obviously are the opposite of your user name.
  11. All plays have options and the QB can change the play. Maybe it was Josh who thought he saw some advantage.
  12. Speaking of Spain, while at the time of his signing with the Bengals it was said ‘to the practice squad‘ , he started at LG for the Bengals due to all of their O-Line injuries. Just wasn’t working for the Bills this season. Feliciano much better.
  13. If it was successful it would’ve been called a shrewd move. Thank you Matakevich.
  14. I’d give another game ball to Marlowe. He made some ‘stop in his tracks‘ tackles and grabbed the fumble at the end.
  15. He pancaked the defender on Josh’s TD. New England’s defense is lacking but no coincidence that it’s the best rushing day by far.
  16. Uh, maybe the coaches, who know better, think at less than 100% he’s better than their alternatives?
  17. Yes, you would think so. I will be very disappointed if the Bills lose this game the way things have lined up. First is McD familiarity with Cam. Second, the Bills have struggled with slot receivers this season and with Edelman forever and he’s out. Third, Belechick likes to take away the opposing offense’s best weapon, which is Diggs, but Gilmore isn’t going to play. So, does he still focus on Diggs or contain Josh in the pocket? All of the above work to the Bills favor and they need to take advantage of them.
  18. Coverage of tight ends has been poor this season. Some of that may go to Milano and Edmunds both missing time but a strong safety can also have that responsibility. Hyde also used to provide big hits. Maybe the first one he’s had, in this last game, ended up a penalty. Still, he hasn’t been totally useless.
  19. When there are no longer any active players remaining that played for the Panthers when McD and Beane were there.
  20. As Denny Green would say: “He is who we thought he was!”
  21. Cincy seems to like our O-linemen. Boettger and a 6th for Atkins?
  22. So, where was he the first 6 games?
  23. Yes, until McDermott wins some playoff games, Saban is the best. Led the team to 2 straight AFL titles. He left and the team was horrible after 1 more trip to the AFL title game. He came back, built the team around OJ and they were respectable. He left again and they really sucked until Knox was hired. Knox could’ve been #1 if he hung around longer.
