  1. Atleast you made it past coach or business class...............
  2. The firing of Rex had nothing to do with the teams record, and had everything to do with the fact that he was that he turned the team into a circus sideshow and made an up and coming team worse, and they kept getting worse instead of better. He inherited a top ranked defence and dropped it to the bottom, all while being touted as a defensive guru/genius. His teams under performed by alot. What was once a team on the verge of the playoffs with a few tweaks went back to being one that was out of contention before the first snow fall. That is why Rex was fired As for the Sabres, Bylsma continued to underperform and the team gave up on him and tuned him out because of his coaching and system.
  3. Who cares, how many people care about the Bills by December anyways? And this years schedule just ensures the last few weeks of the schedule will be played in front of an empty home crowd since no one comes out to Bills home games in December.
  4. I want to watch a movie to be entertained for a short period of time, i don't need a comic book action movie to have depth and soul, I don't want the Avengers to be some art house film with subtitles and deep meaning that some pretentious douche is going to tell me is amazing and has so much depth and soul but really is just a piece of crap that people want to believe is good and think it is because they don't understand whats going on but are told its art. I don't expect a Marvel comic movie or even Transformers to be anything more then heros fight a villian trying to destroy the world with a bunch of cool explosions and special effects. I don't need shots with artsy lighting and angle to give depth, I also don't need 30 minutes of the movie trying to explain the exact reason why the villan came to where they are emotionally and struggled with their inner self to decide to take over the world. The key is you just have to know where to find them. Its like music, there so much being put out there everyday, but if you only listen to what the local radio station is playing your only going to know about a small fraction of it. Like everything in the world, its all about making money and what sells. The big budget blockbuster puts @sses in the seats and sell tickets, so thats what studios are going to focus on, not the small budget art film/passion project. The studios aren't charities, so if its not going to give them a good return, they wont waste their time with it
  5. I thought the same thing too, why would he do it after getting off on the second murder charge? Why now? It's not like he was just being put in prison, he was in there for a while already. It doesn't make sense to do it now I put my money on BB, Brady and Kraft being behind this, he was getting too close ton freedom where he could possibly spill the secrets of the evil empire..... had to make sure he didn't get an appeal in for the first conviction and get out
  6. If you watch one of the preview videos for this season, the video specifically flashes on the screen while speaking to Cranston who stopped by to visit friends while on a book tour, that he would not be guest staring on any episodes, even though he was telling everyone he was playing an old man in a background scene somewhere
  7. I almost wonder if we won't see 'Saul' until the very end of the series. Basically the entire series will work up what went on with jimmy up until the point of when he became Saul, and that will be the end of the show
  8. not just anyone can make them, they hire only real Sandwich artists
  9. bad mojo? How much worse could the mojo get around here? Seriously, stuff like this happen all the timeshare every team, every year, only in Buffalo does this make any waves with the fanbase......
  10. Are there any other teams that are as high on Kelly as much as bills fans are? If he was not related to jim would anyone here bring him up as an option?
  11. The bills are strapped for cap space? I thought with all of the cuts they made I read somewhere that they had more then enough cap space and probably couldn't spend it all (without grossly overpaying for players)
  12. well if he knew how to tackle he could have been first!
  13. And like usual, next year we will be talking about how those QBs aren't that great and that the crop next year is better. Last year people were saying to wait til this year and grab one of a couple that were supposed to be good, now those guys aren't looked at as locks and next years crop looks better........
  14. that HR isn't stupid and knows it's better to be a backup anywhere then another name in the long list of garbage the Browns have trotted out to start for them
  15. Just like they did last year when the Bills let Williams go? That future HOF backup RB that was gonna tear up the league?
  16. with a coat hanger antenna and foil?
  17. I think they were referring to when season 2 is on netflix
  18. Well they have spent their picks and some money to replenish the talent on their team, next moves will be to get those picks back. Trade Garopollo and get a couple of picks (1st and 2nd maybe) Trade Butler now that they have Gilmore (it was rumored they were going to trade Butler for Cooks) to recoup some of those picks. Trade a few picks up and down at the draft in order to accumulate a few other picks People act like just any team can do what they are doing. They are only able to make the moves they are doing because they are a consistent SB favorite that players will take pay cuts for so they can get their rings (Gi,more may be the one player in many years who has signed their for what was considered 'market value'), and they have one of the best QBs playing for them that is playing under a contract that is considered well under market value. Find me another team that is in that situation? Until Brady retires and players stop taking pay cuts to go their they will continue to have cap space and flexibility to sign what they need and trade away assetts. When your trying to build a team/improve one to get closer to their level, you don't have the ability to just throw away talent when they get to expensive and trade down in the draft for future picks
  19. So far the browns have shown all they can do is gut a franchise already void of talent and dig themselves to a level below rock bottom to collect draft picks. There have been no results of theirs so far to show they are any better as they were when they started. Yet everyone wants to use them as a benchmark or blueprints of how to rebuild. The NFL is a very tough league to have any consistent success in. How many teams aside from a hand ful at the top go from looking like a good teN one year to drafting near the top the next year
  20. Or they could also sign gillislee too since nothing is stopping them from doing that either making this post completely useless and premature
  21. Well we couldn't win with them.....
  22. its all about the comp picks! Gotta get those comp picks!
  23. who said they are paying top market rate? How many players sign in NE for market value? And how could they have a deal in place, I thought they couldn't talk contract during this time period, lol
  24. But your drafting for rex and HIS defence, which was the problem, so many resources were wasted to bring in Rexs guys that may or may not be suited for the new defence. Would the team really be better off using more resources to continue trying to build a defence that hasn't worked in years or cut ties and start fresh? Mularky took how long to get to this point where he wasn't even a lock to keep the job? Marrone got the job for the 2nd/3rd worst team in the league, and we have no idea what will happen with Lynn, but so far, its not like we have let go of the next BB, heck I wouldn't even say we let go of the next Tomlin, or Lewis, or Reid, or other mid level coach with flaws but has a winning team......
  25. A half dozen? Thats it, thats like a quick snack.....
