  1. there's where the money goes
  2. we still have a terrible qb
  3. dude, i'm mad at mario for his play last week, but on that sack it was a DT DT stunt and mario had eric winston, best rt in the nfl, plowed into the back field. he got it done in a big way on that play
  4. hard hard d on that
  5. cj is looking like a video game out there. and i can't say enough about the line, kc has some beef up front and they just don't give a fug. he's averaging over 9 yards a cary, and it's brining his season average down. kid needs a 10 stick a year re up, and bill in nyc needs to eat some crow on him.
  6. cj is sick but you have to admit, our o line is pushing these guys around
  7. kyle looks like justin smith
  8. fitz is not good
  9. i think the game has passed by chan and stache. these retreads are getting made fools of.
  10. after burner speed. landry is a sack of sht.
  11. 19 was wide wide open on that
  12. wow, good on freddie. our o line can't line up with them, and it looks like our d line might be ok, but the 2ndary is junk
  13. dirty thirty put a hard hit on freddie, he might be done.
  14. how did our idiot coach not challange the refs for the delay of game? chan's a one trick pony, i'm pretty much done.
  15. and there it is, we are laying down.
  16. leodis was an 11th overall pick. he's just terrible. god we are a bust magnet.
  17. this really sucks. fitzpatrick is being sht. that bad throw to his left, that horrible duck behind the crossing wr, and that high pass over the head of the wide open TE. he looks terrible, he needs to find his rythm and we need to fool the jets to win because we can't line up against them.
  18. truth rings out in this thread. we could have kept -- greer, whitner, poz, cj ah you, hargrove, hangartern, and even with all the draft picks that haven't been good, we would have had a much much better team. there are many more players, but these are all guys who were at need positions who we let go WHILE THEY WERE FILLING NEED POSITIONS just to fill in again. another step back and you have lynch, fletcher, tko spikes, clements. if they kept these guys, even at contracts that would have seemed like too much, they would have made good positive contributions to our team and allowed us to spend draft picks on other needs. all the above guys with the possible exception of clements are good solid football players doing well in the nfl right now. if we kept half of them and spent 3 draft picks on something other than their replacements, we'd have a much much better team today, and even be competing for the playoffs. at some point the bills have to figure out a way to keep good players, because we've had the guys come through here who were good enough to win.
  19. god, you anti CB guys are just like broken records. we are gonna lose 1-3 guys in our secondary due to FA and old age, and it's a bad idea to get a well rated guy who can play CB or S in the 2nd?
  20. he's a super star, and was touted as such since like 10 games into his college career. i don't think anyone wouldn't take a do over with whitner at this point, that horse is pretty dead and should stop being beaten.
  21. i dunno, i feel pretty good about troup, carrington, and moats on our d becoming good players. i think we need a couple real studs in there, at least 1 pass rusher and 2 lbs, and obviously upgrading anyone we can would help too. our run d sucks bad and i think it's mainly an LB thing for us.
  22. exactly. frankly he was a good DE yesterday. not great, but good. dwan was closer to great, but not quite. poz and whitner were very good, and williams was great. i'd say we need another DE/OLB who can bring terror in the pass rush, and at least one more LB to start, two would be nice. i think with those additions we'd have a good D, and i think we can do that in next year's draft/FA. of course we take a franchise qb if one's there, but a stud DE/pass rusher can make a team as well.
  23. hahaha, wow you have more balls than i do!
  24. you know, i always thought peters would have made a much better DT. he's simply awesome on like 30 or 40% of plays, good on 20-30%, not so good on 15-25, and just takes off 15-25%. on the d line you'd be happy forgiving the bad for the big turnover and drive stopping stuff he'd do, but on the Oline just getting the job done regularly is more important than destroying a guy most of the time and him getting by you and causing a fumble some of the rest of the time. i rewatched every single sack in his last season here a few times, and i know that it has been debated how many were on him, but frankly he stunk up the joint on at least 10 of them. i think he's had (not as much but) similar issues in philly, he just isn't a natural LT from a work habit and discipline point of view -- he was a converted TE after all.
  25. I expect 30-40 plays to RBs per game this year, although that includes some to an RB lined up in a slot and some wild cat. these backs and a good scheme can be used to overcome some of our weakness at OL and will wear guys down. i'd ditch lynch for value, but having 3 stud backs doesn't hurt us.
