  1. I wonder if the fact that it was a completion accounts for a positive grade on the play? If the QB has the time to throw a completion then the OL did it's job?
  2. I know these don't mean anything, but it's nice to get a read on the (often wildly uninformed) national perception of the Bills all in one place: https://mavensports.io/talkoffame/nfl/rick-gosselin-s-week-2-nfl-rankings-chiefs-remain-on-top-xBO5YAM3k0KrrIMRbzkPnQ/ 15. Buffalo Bills. The Bills spoiled the home opener of the New York Jets last weekend. In a scheduling quirk, they now have the chance to spoil another home opener in the very same building when they visit the New York Giants Sunday. https://thebiglead.com/2019/09/10/nfl-power-rankings-week-2/ 26. Buffalo Bills (1-0) Josh Allen looks better than he did at the end of last season, and the defense remains stingy. Still, this formula needs to be more battle-tested before they rise in the rankings. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/27569994/week-2-nfl-power-rankings-1-32-poll-plus-best-rookie-team 22. Buffalo Bills (1-0) How the newcomer starred: First-round pick Ed Oliver turned in a strong effort at defensive tackle, but Singletary was arguably the Bills' most dynamic playmaker Sunday. He accounted for 98 yards on nine touches. He started ahead of Frank Gore and should get a far heavier workload moving forward. -- Marcel Louis-Jacques https://www.pennlive.com/sports/2019/09/nfl-power-rankings-ravens-surge-steelers-tumble-eagles-hold-while-everyone-chases-patriots.html 19. Buffalo Bills (1-0) The Bills scored 17 straight points to close out a comeback win over the Jets, and their defense should have them position to be in most games this season. They get the Giants next. https://www.bleedinggreennation.com/2019/9/10/20858356/nfl-power-rankings-week-2-2019-eagles-patriots-steelers-cowboys-vikings-browns-football-teams-giants 20 - Buffalo Bills Buffalo’s defense is legit. Josh Allen’s limitations put a cap on this team’s ceiling, though https://www.freep.com/story/sports/nfl/lions/2019/09/10/nfl-week-2-power-rankings-birkett/2276278001/ 21. Bills (1-0) Maybe it's Josh Allen, not Sam Darnold, who'll be the young breakout quarterback this fall. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/09/10/pfts-week-two-power-rankings-2/ 18. Bills (1-0) Bills fans should be contributing to Kaare Vedvick’s foundation. https://www.milehighreport.com/2019/9/10/20852906/week-2-nfl-power-rankings 26. Buffalo Bills If you liked the Tim Tebow experience, you’ll love what’s going on in Buffalo. Josh Allen threw two picks and fumbled twice yesterday. He also won the game. QBWINZ! https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-week-2-power-rankings-patriots-back-at-no-1-ravens-climb-into-top-10-jaguars-take-big-tumble/ 16. Bills Coming from down 16-3 to pull out a victory late against the Jets is a good sign for this young team. They are going to be a handful every week. https://www.businessinsider.com/nfl-power-rankings-week-2-2019-9#13-chicago-bears-20 27. Buffalo Bills One thing to know: Josh Allen continues to look raw as a quarterback, but he remains the Bills' most dangerous rusher. His rushing TD in Week 1 marked his sixth rushing touchdown in his last seven games. https://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/bears/ct-cb-chicago-bears-nfl-power-rankings-week-2-20190910-uhjo23sgsfdqxkubznaq35o3em-story.html 18. Bills 1-0 Josh Allen threw two interceptions and lost two fumbles but righted himself just in time, hitting John Brown for a 38-yard touchdown with three minutes to play as the Bills rallied from 16 points down to win on the road against the Jets. The Bills will be back in East Rutherford, N.J., this week as they tangle with the Giants. https://www.houstonchronicle.com/sports/texas-sports-nation/texans/article/John-McClain-s-2019-NFL-power-rankings-Week-2-14427800.php 19. Buffalo (1-0) The Bills' defense was outstanding in a road victory over the Jets. Quarterback Josh Allen needs to play better in a road game against the Giants. https://www.nj.com/jets/2019/09/nfl-power-rankings-week-1-where-are-antonio-browns-patriots-ezekiel-elliotts-cowboys-saquon-barkleys-giants.html 20. BILLS (1-0) The Bills were a mess for most of this game, but the Jets were more of a mess, especially late. https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2019/09/10/nfl-power-rankings-week-antonio-brown-will-make-patriots-next-unbeatable-or-ruin-them/ 19. Buffalo Bills (1-0) The Bills are tied with the Patriots for first in the AFC East. They should keep a copy of this week’s standings, because that isn’t likely to last long. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/2852899-nfl-power-rankings-brs-consensus-rank-for-every-team-entering-week-2#slide15 18. Buffalo Bills (1-0) It was deja vu all over again for the Buffalo Bills in Week 1. Second-year quarterback Josh Allen turned in an uneven performance. Allen's completion percentage (64.9) was a welcome sight after he failed to complete 53 percent of his passes as a rookie. So was the game-winning dart to wide receiver John Brown, who finished with seven catches for 123 yards and a touchdown in his Bills debut. The four turnovers? Not so much. The Bills scored only three points through three quarters, but they averaged more than five yards per carry and surrendered less than 225 total yards. That allowed Allen to eke out a one-point win with a fourth-quarter surge. Run the ball, play defense, stay close and try to steal the game late. That's how the Bills were competitive over the second half of the 2018 season, and it's likely their best bet to be competitive this year as well. https://www.pff.com/news/pro-2019-pff-week-2-nfl-power-rankings?utm_source=cj&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=cjaff&cjevent=c9f17c3cd4a711e9829e03250a240614 24. BUFFALO BILLS The Josh Allen experience was in full display on Sunday. Allen produced -0.6 EPA per dropback on his first four drives and +0.3 EPA per play on the final seven drives, helping turn a 16-point deficit to the Jets into a 17-16 win. No. 9 pick Ed Oliver looked the part, playing 47 snaps, registering four hurries and one quarterback hit while producing the Bills’ highest defensive grade (80.3). https://www.usatoday.com/sports/nfl/rankings/ 20 Buffalo Bills1-0 It rarely seems pretty with QB Josh Allen, but give him points for resilience after overcoming his four turnovers vs. Jets.
  3. Yeah, same here. Frustrating to not be able to go back and listen to any postgame coverage other than the Overtime Show.
