Come on. So many variables. So if KC didn’t have pat mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Mathieu (their best defensive player), do we beat them? Of course. if Allen is hot, they certainly can play with anyone. I think KC kinda plays to their opponent but I think they can just turn it on whenever they need to because they have a legend at qb. But it would be great to see how we match up again.

Tre is a genius and this needs to happen.

It’s just easier to play qb. If you get touched in the pocket, it’s a penalty. If a dback touches a receiver, it’s a penalty. There is no fear of getting hit. NFL teams are using college offenses which makes the transition easier than ever. And they are giving mobile guys a chance to play the position which is extremely hard to defend. Guys like Steve Young, Randall Cunningham would have been monsters today.

Dear lord this is early. I will say they are awful at evaluating offensive personnel. They might be the least talented offense in NFL.

But do I think he would be a better OLB and destroy offenses there? Absolutely. And it’s not even a knock on Tre. One of the least athletic guys I played with was a great MLB. I always think we you have a great athlete like Tre and focus him to overthink, it takes away from his game. Dude would destroy at OLB.

Fuller is a less durable Lee Evans. A good player but if he’s your number 1, you are not going to be that good.

Exactly. The funniest thing is Mullens looked better as a rookie than right now. it’s a game on a neutral site. The 49ers are very well coached (Shanahan is one of the few nepotism coaches who is really good) and scrappy but this needs to be an easy win.

Burrow’s group - Green, Boyd, Higgins, woman puncher rb, very bad oline Herbert - Allen, Mike Williams, Eckler, Henry the best receiver Darnold ever played with is Robbie Anderson, who is a 2 at best. Like he might suck. But I don’t know many qbs that would have been successful there. It’s the worst situation in the league offensively (NE is very close as well). I just don’t how you can acknowledge that Gase is a terrible offensive coach but then say Darnold sucks as well.

I salute him for being honest. The front office deserves a ton of the blame. Allen was a little more raw at the start but they had very similar starts to their career and the Jets just became a joke team. Would any receiver on their team be in our top 3? Maybe Crowder? Garbage o line. Garbage rbs. I know they are rivals but I hate seeing young qbs get ruined. I have no doubts Darnold would be a much, much better player for us than in NJ. Joke franchise.

Agree 1000%. Nothing would hold him more accountable for his actions than knowing he ruined the season for his team and his town. That’s what I feared when I played football. Letting my teammates down. You have to live with that for life.

I didn’t think it was that bad or he meant any I’ll will from it. but why is it when someone apologizes, it must mean they were forced? Maybe some people aren’t pieces of 💩 and want to grow. It amazes how so resistant to change some humans are. This country would be so much better if people could listen to other’s perspective and learn. Honestly, I think that part is great. I wish people would not try to pretend they can think for other people and how they should react to situations. I didn’t see what the big deal was either but like you said, I’m not a female.

I think Daboll has done an amazing job with Allen and has been far better than I could have imagined. That said, I think he would be a terrible hire as a head coach. that said, Allen has been 3 years in the same system which is very rare in the nfl. You just have to trust that he isn’t a coach dependent qb. Also, Wentz got overrated but I think philly’s problem is more of a lack of talent around him. We have far superior offensive talent than they do besides at TE.

Gotta hand it to him. Daboll draws up some very creative plays. That Beasley play can almost become a staple red zone play. Very hard to stop.

Dude was a total joke from the start. The Pats D got better when he left. Look forward to him getting passed around the nfl as a DC and sucking At every stop.

As someone who believed McDermott was a dime a dozen defensive coach who serious doubts about him after 2 years, the guy has more than proven himself as a coach. I was wondering about him being A-men conservative fueled position coach and the guy has continued to surprise. Much respect. now, we just need someone to do the challenges for him.

I know you get paid a lot of money but coaching is absolutely insane. Dude wins a SB and is already in the hot seat? They have garbage skills players and a bad oline. I don’t think he’s crazy but this whole idea of just firing people for the sake of firing is stupid.

There is no excuse for Texas not to be one of the best programs in the country. Maybe the best college “town,” monster enrollment, and arguably the best football state in the country. Seems like it should be such an easy job.
