True but it’s a lot easier to get there if you are given the chance in the first place. Rob Ryan absolutely sucks yet keep gets hired while some guy will never get a first chance.

It’s been like this for a long time. Reid’s kid who just got in a car accident was crackhead and he had a job on one of the best teams in the nfl. I think it’s total BS and I feel bad for the coaches who grind away at lower levels trying to work their way up but have no chance because their dad wasn’t connected to a nfl franchise. But stuff like this will never change. It’s a shame because the same garbage coaches get recycled over and over again.

So he should lose money because the front office sucks on offensive personnel moves? if you were essentially the main reason the business was successful and made a ton of money, you won’t want a say jn matters?

Wilson is the CEO of Seahawks. Have you ever seen some of the offensive talent around him? He carries that offense. players get used and abused until the team discards them when they are no longer valuable. You’d be an idiot in any walk of life not to take advantage of your leverage. Guys like Wilson, Watson, and Stafford have leverage because they are really good at the most important position in sports. It’s stupid not to take advantage of it. I seriously doubt he is getting traded but they have consistently surrounded him with below average talent. Guys like Wilson and Rodgers have made their receivers and not the other way around. They should just yes sir snd thank you for paying me. Go billionaires!

Eh, I was genuinely shocked by the game but I never really get anything rooting for another team to lose. Like when NE would lose a SB, I never really cared. I was so happy with this season and what Allen has become, it’s all positive vibes. ✌️

I don’t even know why this was ever a thing. A great qb is way more important than a great coach. McDermott became a better coach this year because Allen became a better quarterback. any way or culture just means you have a really good quarterback. That’s why it’s absolutely laughable what Houston has done to their franchise.

Todd Bowles was the MVP. I know they were missing a bunch of o linemen but I never thought I would see KC ever get destroyed like that. One of the best defensive game plans I have ever seen.

But that’s the point. The NFL is the only sport without guarantee contracts. The Texans can Watson any time they want and won’t have to pay him. It’s not like Harden (no respect for that situation) quitting on his team, showing up out of shape, & forcing a trade. Watson had maybe the best season of his career after they made one of the worst trades in nfl history, It’s funny that there wasn’t a lot of complaints when Eli and Elway forced trades before a they took a snap. Stafford just did the same thing and I don’t remember many people questioning him. There are only a few guy who have the power to do that in the nfl. The owners have far more power than the players. And glad to see the years have changed you from being a Richard head, never change. 😉

These hypotheticals are insane. But based on the fact that the Bics dominated the team that beat us pretty good, it’s not likely but every game is different. I don’t think anyone thought TB would dominate like that.

I guess you can say the same thing for mahomes. Their rbs were not good this year.

So what about the billionaire owner who would cut Watson for no money going forward in a second if he gets hurt and valuable to them? Fans who take the owner’s side in nfl contract disputes are strange. In football, you always take the money when you can. It’s too risky not to. But Watson has done everything right and that team has become a joke.

What haha??? This is laughable. Jackson has 4,300 total yards and 43 tds last year. He was well deserving of a MVP. Rodgers 💩 year - 4,000 yards, 26 td to 4 int, 13-3 - is most guys best year. I have no idea what your mahomes point is. the Bills got the most love of any team in the nfl this year. The fact that Allen had more votes than Mahomes is a testament to that. It’s ok to ride for your team and not be completely delusional too. Rodgers completed 70% of his passes, accounted for 51 tds and threw 5 ints. But yeah, it’s huge conspiracy based on storylines. You have a future in politics. 😉

I don’t know. I do think there were games where we didn’t really stick with the run. And I’m sure in the beginning other teams wanted to see if Allen could beat them, and when he did, it seemed like we should have been able to run better. Our rbs are very slow. But they averaged 25 ypg more than us on 400 more carries. And before Mahomes, Rodgers was the best pure thrower I’ve ever seen. He blows up no name receivers all the time who do nothing anywhere else - Nelson, Jennings, Randall Cobb, James Jones. All of our core 3 have had really good production on other teams. You don’t think Rodgers would have wanted Diggs instead of some mid range draft pick. I don’t why this board nit picks guys like Rodgers and Mahomes. It’s not very smart. They are some of the best to ever play. And the fact Allen is coming to a point where he can ever be talked about in the same conversation without it being laughable is simply amazing. But there’s work to be down to get to that level.

Once they won the SB without him, it was never going to work out. I can’t tell with Wentz. He’s the guy who goes from underrated to overrated 50 times a season. I think he is talented but he gets hyped up so much. but it is wild that you go from being a MVP candidate and winning a SB in 3 years to getting rid of your qb and coach. Not For Long. also should be a reminder to the Bills that your SB window can close very fast.

Brown was absolutely amazing his first year here. But he has really only had two good seasons in his career. When you get good, you have to make tough decisions. For his price, I think you have to let him good. I think injuries are going to be a major concern as he gets older and he is is similar to Diggs size wise than I want to see what Davis does with more chances. it sucks but with Davis and possibly more FAs who might take less now that Allen has established himself, it shouldn’t be that big of a loss.
