  1. I think they are also leading the league in point differential too!
  2. OK I'll vote for Trubisky for new guy to hate after looking at the box score. Those kneel downs he took at end of the game knocked the Bills total rushing yards for the game down to under 200 yards. They were at 201 prior.
  3. For many this Ertz to hear, but Knox is having a great year.
  4. That's right, forgot about him. He only had one Int. today too!
  5. It would have been Ford, but now that he's benched, harder to rip him from the sideline. Star had another sack so he's out. Only guy left is the punter!
  6. If there was ever a pass he'd drop. it would have have been the 2nd TD when he was wide open. But he hung on, no issues! He has the physical skills to be a top TE, if he keeps playing like this he could be there. With the Bills offense and the top 4 if not top 5 WR's they have, can't see a TE ever putting up big numbers. Other than maybe Gronk, Kelce and Kittle, think I'd rather see the Bills go 3 or even 4 wide as puts better play makers on the field than most teams TE's. Add in Josh's strong arm to fling it 20 yards down field the WR's can be more effective.
  7. Worked well with Chrome changing the VPN to Buffalo and using Paramount+ Yeah, you can't just stream the local CBS or Fox or anything without some subscriber package. So for $60 first year and $120 afterwards, plus included alot of extra streaming stuff, not a bad deal. Actually last 2 weeks for games on Fox, I also have You Tube TV so used that to watch the live Fox station
  8. If there was ever a pass that Know would drop it would be when he was wide open on the 2nd TD. But he held on!
  9. Damm all I'm seeing is one Josh Allen commercial after another. Granted all local only stuff, but he's making a few $$ here and there.
  10. With Mongo being out, a team they should beat, while I don't like big changes, this may be the game to experiment with moving Williams inside and starting Brown at RT. They need to make at least one change either way.
  11. OK so that was his rookie year. And did he win one again in 2019?
  12. OK they're not saying that these 3 guys have won it at least one time every year for the past 4 seasons??
  13. So Allen has won it every year he's been in the league?? Can't recall any amazing games from his 1st two seasons, do remember last season was the 1st time he passed for 300 yards in a game. What did he do to win it the first two seasons? Bunch of rushing TD's??
  14. Sigh of relief, thought you were going to say the Jax game would tie or break the record as was afraid that would likely mean a win for Jax. Seems like streaks often end one game short
  15. Thought the article kind of supported that as very little time to make any changes. Just maybe a couple small things.
  16. The first two weeks Williams struggled so would have been easy to slide him in there, however this past week Williams was very good. Ford started the year out good, but did struggle the last game. Think will depend on what happens as year goes on. If Williams struggles, easy one for one replacement. If Ford becomes the weak link, could try and slide Williams into Fords spot and play Brown at RT. But wondering if Williams at guard would be any better after as long as he's played tackle here.
  17. Everyone here always knocked Star as providing nothing. It may have been that 2 and 3 years back, the overall defensive line didn't do that much so teams could more key on him. Now they can't??
  18. With only 26 seconds, you also need to have a QB with an arm to pull that off. Besides the ones you mentioned, Allen is one of the few who can do that.
  19. The article I read last week about Diggs being named captain, sounded like it meant alot to him, so think he's trying very hard to be a good leader and won't hear a word from him regarding number of catches. Funny too read an article off-season who said the Bills lost something going from Brown to Sanders. Could understand if Brown had a big year last season, but basically he provided nothing as was out most of year.
  20. I woke up to Mike and Mike for about ten years, then Golic and Wingo till they went off the air. I get their thinking, they want to attract younger listeners. From what I remember was the same argument when the Bills radio broadcast went to was it 97 Rock in Buffalo and WCMF in Rochester. But the problem today more than ever with this younger listener argument is younger listeners likely all have unlimited data on their phones and stream everything likely some podcast or some remote station someplace, not ESPN. It's just more the older crowd who is used to listening to the radio who'll tune in, but not likely as much for the current crew.
  21. Take away 2 passing plays by Washington, the 73 yard gain on the first TD, the 37 pass on the last TD, and the botched kickoff, this had the potential for another shut out. The remainder of the game Washington gained 102 yards passing. Only one sack was a bit concerning, but wonder if the plan was we're only going to rush 4 most of game, put remaining players in coverage and let Heineke beat them through the air and not let him scramble. If that was plan it worked! First pass of game by Allen, my thought was oh boy, here we go again, but that ended after that pass. Another strong game by Knox and O line. I'm no expert, but seemed like Haack was getting punts off faster based on 2 steps not 3 like prior weeks??
  22. Only 3 teams in the league have given up less points than the Bills and they are tied for the league lead with the largest point differential. Chiefs in last place in their division! Wow, who'd have expected that!
  23. How often though do you see that happen, not very much. They may not have practiced that in over a month due to the limited amount of practice time today. Instead they spend their time working on things that happen at a more frequent rate. Not an excuse, just reality. It wasn't just a short kick either, was more a tweener, between two levels of players and both kind of likely assumed the other would get it and likely also with players not normally handling the ball as much. I do wonder if that kick was actually planned by Washington, or just the result of the kick getting held up in the wind and ending up a high short one?
  24. Likely was someone who never liked the Allen pick and saw this as a chance to show everyone how smart he was. He was right and everyone else was wrong!
  25. Allen just needs to throw him tough catches, it's the easy ones he drops.
