Bills Raiders 1988. 3rd coldest game in history. We had a barrel fire in one of the lots across the street. I had on one of these hats:
I bought a new Bills hat when we got in the stadium and wore it when we got to our seats in the upper deck. It was then I realized 80,000 or so 98 degree heaters in the stands makes a bit of a difference. It felt a lot colder in the parking lot.
I used to love watching him play in GB. He seemed a lot more humble back then. Now he just seems like an arrogant wacked out goober with significantly diminished playing skills.
That's been my thought the entire season. It's conditioning. And there's still plenty of ways a playoff game will go South. We just don't know what that is....yet.
Interesting pregame ritual. I guess when the camera is on the player, they're just supposed to stand there and look confused. Then take their helmet off.
The last 2 weeks are again, 2 teams not playing for anything. These are the teams that are by far the ones willing to try these stunts. The team better be ready for any kind of high-jinx. That is of course unless we're in the sitting-our-starters mode.
