Absolutely correct. But to me, it's not a strong enough indictment of the organization. He mentions effort and culture. Haven't had that in years. And I believe it's largely due to lack of accountability. Letting Kevyn Adams hang around the last 2 or 3 years is criminal. Don't hate the players, hate the game. The players are going to tread water right along with the entire organization. We're extremely close to some of the stars clamoring to go elsewhere. And who could blame them.

I work in an organization that has people from all over the country. Several times, when the conversation would turn to football and I mentioned I'm a Bills fan, folks would say something to the effect, 'Not a big Bills fan, but Josh Allen absolutely deserves a championship.' Even a Chiefs fan said that.

They'll need a few more brats to wash away the week....

I can't! After every loss I take all my Bills gear and throw it in a box swearing the whole time "#$*%#*&". Then throw on a shelf in the closet, only to pull the box out 4 days later.

NO! Radio stations have ruined it for me. Playing Christmas music non-stop from before Thanksgiving until after New Years is absurd! A local radio station does that here.
