Yes. And I think that's the problem. He's playing good, but the big plays just aren't there. It reminds me of Cornelius Bennett. After several years, the Bills D moved him from outside LB to inside. A buddy mentioned his tackle numbers went way up. But that's what MLBs do...make tackles. Problem was, it took away the Biscuit's big play abilities; sacks, tackles for loss, tipped balls and interceptions. For a number of reasons, the Bills D just doesn't have the inside help. Perhaps if they did Rousseau would be in a position to make some splash plays. It's just not there, but it is sorely needed.

I think this gif has been used about 100 times relating to the Sabres. Seriously though....If the Sabres can play consistently, mostly consistently, like they did the last 2 games, they should get in to the mix.

Yes. The expectations and pressure seem to be getting to this team as a whole. Allen is the perfect example. He seems to be trying too hard and it's causing mistakes. Other players too. Fumbling the ball multiple times after having just gotten the first down is egregious. This team used to play loose. Now they've lost their swagger. And I don't think they know how to get it back.

Where's the "Maybe" option? I'm tired of being wrong.

What I witnessed was Allen trying to win the game by himself with no WR support and certainly zero defensive support. In years past, when things were going poorly, Allen would just play football. Some of the other elements would step up and make big plays. We have none of that now and it’s making Allen play worse. The team and coaching staff is killing him. In previous seasons, the Bills would finish strong at the end and we would see a sudden death in the playoffs. This year, it’s death by a thousand cuts. By the time the playoffs start, the Bills will have bled out.

Offensive line has been getting beat all night bad. Good thing we have good receivers that can get open and an offensive coordinator that can take advantage of that.
