    I hate the automatic 1st downs on defensive holding. 3rd and 18, guy holds 3 yards down field. First down! wtf. And illegal contact penalties the absolute worst. Happens every play, yet dished out so arbitrarily.

    I heard on WGR that Ruff was being patient with this group, but that patience has quickly run out. Better it happened now. I think waiting until now was the right thing. you have to have a decent sample size to back up your decisions/moves.

    At least here, we can respond. I've tried that with my TV, and a while back neighbors of mine thought I was nuts.

    I just hate that the NFL has become a 24/7 thing. If we're not watching it, we're watching a bunch of know-it-alls talk about it. I can't do it. I watch some pre-game stuff on Sunday, and that's about it. I used to watch post-game highlights, but that's even gotten stale.

    Completely agree here. Tua is a good QB, but you can't thrive on offense if you have to scheme and create plays to specifically protect the QB. The playbook shrinks if you constantly have to get the ball out in about 2 seconds. Eventually your QB has to be able to extend plays. Not sure how this is going to go for them. That contract should have never happened.

    The place I go for 5 hours is a 12 course meal. A side salad, plate of wings and 10 beers. Sunday afternoon football!
