Underrated bad? Bills, with all their culture and “process,” were still in the top 1/3rd of the league in penalties in 2019 (9th). I think that was largely a result of Brown doing that little awkward “hop” for the ball when he really didn’t need to. I think he just misjudged it in the air and then that was the result. Completely on him however.

Allen works with Palmer in the offseason when, per NFL rules, regular coaches don’t have contact with players. Not sure what else he’s supposed to do.

they had 2 delay of games (on punts) and a personal foul after the whistle I believe (might be missing one of two) but no live, in-play penalties. Pretty wild.
