  1. The criers are really the ones defending every move he makes, good bad or otherwise. It’s infantile fanboyism. Not sure what sports “world” you live on but i am assuming it’s somewhere inside your own head.
  2. And i am definitely sure that his intent doesn’t matter in this case - it’s not a comparison that many people are going to take lightly, your best efforts to defend him aside. ?
  3. you just sound like a beaten dog dude. And you just doubled down on the lame. Who on earth are you to make a blanket criticism of these guys’ characters because they lost a football game? Wild bro.
  4. I’ll stand up for the Saints because I like brees and NO is an awesome town.
  5. Lotta wild stuff in that 2nd half, this included. Saw some things I’ve never seen before in a game, let alone a playoff game.
  6. i mean, i just want to say thank you for this - it couldn’t be said better.
  7. No you don’t “credit” him for being a idiot. If this is the state of Allen fans, I weep for the future.
  8. are you saying Watson lacks this so-called “grit”? I’ll take Allen too today obviously, but i just love these amorphous traits that Allen has and the other guy, whoever it is, somehow lacks.
  9. Bout to make some last minute bets on the Bills now. Fuller’s status was always a big wild card and that’s great he’s out.
  10. wilson being a proven commodity and a [PAST] champion has no impact on this season though (or at least it shouldn’t.) the numbers have already been posted. The other votes were there for Lamar. He’s the MVP for this season. You can take the long view and say Wilson is the “better player” (and i would agree with you.) But Lamar put up an MVP season and is the MVP. Freezing him out on an all-pro vote because you were proven to be an old, out-of-date geezer? That’s just petty. hey I have a soft spot for Brees and wanted him to get MVP last year. But Mahomes deserved it.
  11. 100% right. can’t even get the NHL to respect the Buffalo market enough, and it’s shown to be a top-3 US hockey market since basically 2000. watch the prime time Bills games roll in though, so long as Terry and Kim bow to the pressure from Rog and build a new palace (most likely with public money.)
  12. Certainly already getting HYPE.
  13. gronk had more than a brace on that elbow. That body armor was always a nice little tool to get off the line clean. No one wanted a piece of that thing when he swung it coming off his break.
  14. all smart ideas. What about PSLs? Quick research looks like 19 (from wikipedia): National Football League (NFL) Seat Licenses Atlanta Falcons PSL Baltimore Ravens PSL[1] Carolina Panthers PSL Chicago Bears PSL Cincinnati Bengals COA (Charter Ownership Agreements) Cleveland Browns PSL Dallas Cowboys SL (Seat Licenses)(Effective at AT&T Stadium only.) Houston Texans PSL Minnesota Vikings SBL (Stadium Builder Licenses) (U.S. Bank Stadium only) New York Giants PSL (Effective at MetLife Stadium only. Buying Giants PSL does not give ticket rights for the Jets.) New York Jets PSL (Effective at MetLife Stadium only. Policies differ from the Giants. Buying Jets PSL does not give ticket rights for the Giants.) Philadelphia Eagles SBL (Stadium Builder Licenses) Pittsburgh Steelers SL San Francisco 49ers SBL (Stadium Builder Licenses) Seattle Seahawks CSL (Charter Seat Licenses) Oakland Raiders PSL (To be implemented when the team relocates to Las Vegas & the new stadium opens) Los Angeles Rams PSL (To be implemented when the new stadiumopens)[8] Los Angeles Chargers PSL (To be implemented when the new stadiumopens)[8] Tennessee Titans PSL
  15. on deep balls? Hard to tell what’s a throw away and what’s not he’s missed open guys by 10 yards at times this year. Cute gif though
  16. jesus calm down kiddo. A- is an Excellent grade for an excellent job. A+ would be a grade for a perfect job. Sorry I don’t think he did a “perfect” job. Way too sensitive bro.
  17. Maybe don’t build $5+ billion stadia and stop charging $25,000 PSLs on top of $200 tickets and more people would be inclined to go.
  18. if he would have landed an elite WR i would have given him an A+.
  19. Certainly seems a bit petty to me. More surprised Kirwan agreed with him - he almost always sounds like he knows his stuff.
  20. Pretty fair grades @BarkleyForGOATBackupPT5P I would give Beane an A- though - he turned over the offense as best he could in one offseason. He brought in 2 legitimate NFL wideouts, when last year there was really only practice squad level talent there. Drafted what looks like a very good RB. Drafted two TEs, one of whom contributes regularly, drops aside. Partially fixed the offensive line with a premier center, a high draft pick and decent free agents. Pretty solid work in one year.
  21. Using baseball, with different standards and different HOF criteria to “back you up”? Not very convincing. Are you Vic Carucci by any chance? and if character came into play with TO, why not Harrison? Bye bye now row there’s no point.
  22. I didn’t start the thread or ask you to comment chief. Have a good one.
  23. that’s one side of the story I suppose. Harrison was investigated and suspected of being involved in a street murder; didn’t hurt his chances of getting in on 1st ballot.
  24. and the Bills were in a similar boat with a very elderly, cheap, checked-out owner in the not so distant past so let’s not gloat. Besides, the circus act isn’t limited to crazy Jerruh in Dallas - see Cleveland, Washington, LA Chargers...
