Get Boettger out of there! How did he even make the roster? He's awful. -

Pegulas openly championing Leslie Frazier for HC openings
GreggTX replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Kinda like Chan. Brilliant OC and play caller, but not so much as a HC. I still wonder if McDermott isn't calling the plays on defense in this later part of the season. -
Prioritize which upcoming UFA’s to re-sign
GreggTX replied to Dkollidas's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Many posters have drastically overrated Feliciano and I'll be really upset if they let Williams walk. Feliciano can be easily replaced by a better G. Williams can not be replaced so easily. We certainly aren't going to find a better RT in FA next year. We need to upgrade a very mediocre OL. I expect to see Williams get even better going forward as he gets even healthier and it's not like OT isn't an important position. The reason we started running more is because we were playing teams with good pass defense and poor run defense. -
I agree that we should upgrade at TE, but Knox may still turn out ok. I just don't think TE is a top priority now. Get a probowl CB opposite Trae and a great pass rushing OLB and our D goes from OK to great. I also want better Guards. Dawkins, Morse and Williams are above average, but a road grader at RG would be nice. I was hoping Ford would excel at LG, but now I'm not so sure. How about we kidnap OBJ and tell Cleveland we want Wyatt Teller and Logan Thomas back or OBJ goes over the Falls in a barrel?

Can we sign Kareem Hunt next year ?
GreggTX replied to Teddy KGB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No. Maybe DS and ZM haven't played their best, but why is the OL getting a free pass? Our OL is average at best. We can do better. The other consideration is on defense. If you want to sign a great player, make it a CB. Wallace is an average CB, but he's still an obvious target along with T Johnson. You put a possible probowl CB opposite Trae and other teams will really struggle against us. Either draft a CB or edge rusher and get the other in FA. Then focus on G, NT and TE. We are paying way too much for a very mediocre DL. We might be able to save some money there. Let Murphy walk and renegotiate with Lotulelei and Addison perhaps? I'm not against adding another RB if he has very good speed to compliment DS/ZM. -
I dunno Yolo. I think 13-3 looks pretty solid since the AFC is so competitive. I think the final game with Miami will still affect who we face in the playoffs, so it won't be sacrificed like the final game last year.
-
This game might look a lot like the Pittsburgh game. I expect a relatively low scoring game with the Bills winning by 9-12 points. Denver has better RB's, but Lock is no match for Allen. They have some outstanding young receivers too, but they are still no match for Diggs, Beasley and Brown. The kicking game may figure in prominently. Be ready, Tyler.

Did D. Williams Make a LOT of $ Tonight?
GreggTX replied to Richard Noggin's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hopefully we can keep all 3, but Feliciano wouldn't be too hard to replace. I could see us drafting a IOL on day 2. Then again, Feliciano probably won't cost very much. -
Could John Brown be Released Next Off-Season?
GreggTX replied to Halloween Land's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree on Murphy and Norman. Kroft and Feliciano are fine as backups. I hope we keep Williams and sign/draft a G to push Ford. I don't much care if Lotulelei comes back or not. He is costing us way more than he's worth. -
Could John Brown be Released Next Off-Season?
GreggTX replied to Halloween Land's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I doubt it. Bad move to let a quality WR go. If Knox continues to struggle, I can see us playing a lot of 4 WR sets in '21. -
PFF takes analytics to a new level
GreggTX replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think this is so far off. Josh has come such a long way, but he simply MUST get his fumblitis under control. He's getting better, but he can do even better still. I'd like his INT% to come down a bit too. We'll see. I think he will. He continues to improve and I think this remains his last big challenge. -
We have our franchise quarterback
GreggTX replied to BuffBills51's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think that was Josh's best game to date. He passed very well, didn't run much and so he didn't fumble. Fumblitis is Josh's last big hurdle to overcome. The inaccuracy and slow mental processing are relics of his past. This team is 3 or 4 very solid players away from being as good as any team in the league (TE, CB, Edge, DT or G). -
Good news for the 2021 salary cap

The owners can afford it. They're nearly all billionaires and billionaires are making a killing these days. -
Bills FO likely to get poached for GM candidates
GreggTX replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If the Bills have a deep staff of accomplished evaluators at the college & pro level, why did they draft Edmunds, Oliver and Ford so high? Beane has done both good and bad moves as GM. The jury is still out IMO. -
Let’s consider permanently replacing Milano with Klein.
GreggTX replied to M. Wrotto's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No. Klein is too slow. He'll have a good game once in a while, but let's not get ahead of ourselves. -
2021 Premature Draft- List your top 3 positions of need
GreggTX replied to MClem06's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
1. OL (LG and RG. We need 1 more dominant O Lineman and continued improvement across the OL would really unlock this offense). 2a. TE (Knox has been a bit of a snore in 2020. A really good TE would fill a big hole and allow Allen to take another step in his development.) 2b. CB (There's a big dropoff in talent at CB after TW. We need to keep looking for an upgrade at CB#2 and in the slot.) 3. NT (run stuffer, block eater and pocket pusher. Teams with strong OL's can push our front 7 around too easily.) 4. Edge/OLB (An elite pass rusher would make the entire secondary better.) As far as order goes, it's a virtual tie anyways.Upgrading at any of these positions would be a big boost to our chances of winning. -
Jets Release Pierre Desir - Ravens Expected To Sign Him
GreggTX replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He was decent for the Colts last year, but nothing special. Still, he could well be the 2nd best CB on our roster if he fits the scheme. I want a couple very good corners added to our roster (to replace Wallace and T Johnson) and an elite pass rusher or 2. -
Jerry Hughes Do U Bring Him Back or Let Him Walk ?
GreggTX replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That RDE position is so important now. He'll be too old to give us a competitive advantage when his contract runs out. He has made some plays this year, but we need to be very strong at DE and CB especially. We have a lot of so-so DE's on our roster and no really good ones. -
I'm not of the impression that Feliciano is anything other than average. Daryl Williams just made someone's all-pro team at the midpoint of this season. At least they are both experienced. Signing Williams to an extension should be a top priority. We need to draft or trade for a better pair of starting G's. I'd like Feliciano to backup at C and G, but I don't want to pay depth $7 mill/yr. We can find better starters. When will Morse be back?
