The funniest thing is, Sanders reportedly told the Ravens NOT to draft him because he didn't wanna sit behind Lamar. Fast forward to week 5. Lamar expected to miss a couple games and even though Flacco got benched...Sanders is still 3rd string emergency QB only.

Yeah, I don't care about what some other dudes All 22 says. I watched the game and to my eyes every time I saw him he was getting beat so bad Tyreek Hill tried to adopt him

Is Hawes in the process of surpassing Knox as TE2??
BuffaloBillyG replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think something else complicates it even further. Somehow, Dalton Kincaid became a pretty solid blocker as well. No, he's not as good as Hawes but he's no longer that far behind Knox IMO. And he adds more as a receiver than Knox. It's harder to take him off the field than it used to be even on running plays. -

I think Hawes is going to push Joe Brady into using even more 3 TE sets. And with our roster of WRs that may actually be a good thing. -
Bills to sign Punter Mitch Wishnowsky

But is he a good holder? -
The empathy by some here for a person that abused his pregnant girlfriend, broke his son's arm abused his spouse numerous times among other many rounds of abuse against others is weird. Its ok to not be sad when terrible things happen to terrible humans.

I mean at some point Buffalo has to sign Brad Wing. The jersey sells itself in this town.

Bobby Babich is by all accounts and outstanding coach. If you look at the position groups he's coached over the years, he's really done well. In his pressers he seems intelligent. Good knowledge. I think his biggest issue is he just isn't a natural play caller. And that's ok. Not everyone is good at everything (except Josh Allen). I wouldn't mind keeping him on as the DC but having McDermott take back over the play calls. Experience matters when you have Super Bowl hopes

Sauce Gardner is crying, but does he have a point?
BuffaloBillyG replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is the same guy that when he came in the league the officials constantly looked the other way with all his grabs. And they weren't a winning team then. Fast forward a couple years and his reputation has caught up to him. Coaches are in the officials ears a bit more. Looks like Sauce needs to learn how to cover without grabbing the WR so much.- 52 replies

Game week thread - Pats at Bills SNF
BuffaloBillyG replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
The problem has been teams haven't had to challenge our passing defense because the run works well against us. And because we haven't exactly faced a murders row of passing efficient QBs in Justin Fields, a broke down Tua and Rattler. -
While I do acknowledge that 3rd down D has been an issue at times this season and most of last season, the Saints were only 5 for 13 on third down and 0 for 2 on fourth down yesterday.

Always defer. And actually an even BETTER way to set the tone is to kick to them, force a punt and then drive down and score. -
Evaulation (of this team) after a quarter of season gone

Yeah. Maye is going to be an issue this week with his legs. -
Why am I feeling the return of Haack is coming?

What skews it even further is we have given up 178 rushing yards to QBs through 4 games and one of those games is 10 yards to Tua. The other 3 games have been 70 to Lamar, and 49 each to Fields and Rattler. That 44.5 yards a game to QBs that pads those rush numbers. The total of 657 rush yards equals out to just over 165 years a game given up. That leaves about 122 yards per game given up to RBs. That's still high but again, as you pointed out week 1 skews it a bit with Henry exploding for 169. They actually contained Breece Hall well and don't do awful against Achane. -
This is my biggest head scratcher this season. What happened to Ray Davis? He looked very promising last year and through the first 4 games this year (and even back in preseason) he's show Karlos Williams levels of regression. Here's my thing with Davis's regression. James Cook is our most dangerous and productive player on offense not named Josh Allen (but I think he may be at Allen's level of importance to the offense). However as great as he is I fear he's not built to be a bell cow back. Come later in the season and the playoffs I fear all these early touches are going to take their toll on him. We need someone that can take a bit of his plate especially early in the season. Davis isn't it. Ty Johnson had a great year last year but is showing a bit of regression as well. Is it time to give Baby Gore a couple of call ups to see if he can be a guy? I would. It's not like he could be a downgrade to Davis at this point.

Are you kidding me? The day the Bills finally get to and win a Super Bowl, this forum will be LITTERED with post that are titled things like "I know we won the Super Bowl....but". People will complain that while they did win, the way they won "isn't sustainable". People will say that winning one is great, but if they don't fire McDermott they will never win one again. This fan base is broken -
Bad Bunny will be the Super Bowl halftime act
BuffaloBillyG replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall
Depending on who they had for a match it would be a very good addition. Throw Stephanie Vaquer and Liv Morgan in a match and it would draw historic numbers IMO. -

Huge doesn't cover it. He's actually one of the biggest international artists in the world. He's set records as far as being one of the most downloaded artists worldwide as well as having cross promotions with WWE (He's even wrestles a few matches and done excellent) and crosses over into movies (most famously he played Happy Gilmore's caddy in Happy Gilmore 2.) -
