Which is the first game we will lose this season?
BuffaloBillyG replied to Fan in Chicago's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the script gets flipped with the Chiefs this year. They win in season and we eliminate them in the post season. And I would be fine with that scenario. -
Any thoughts on Dorian Williams about to be starting again?
BuffaloBillyG replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm in the minority I think in that I like what Williams brings to the table. Yes, he gets turned around a bit at times, but I don't think anyone on defense hustles to the ball as well as he does. If he isn't making a play he's close to it. -
How many home games do you attend a year?
BuffaloBillyG replied to vanhalen26's topic in The Stadium Wall
It really is an amazing atmosphere for a game. Especially a night game. It's such a surreal feeling. I know you have been to other stadiums, but when you head to your seats and go from the concourse to the tunnel and see, in person, the big Buffalo emblem at midfield, it truly is breathtaking. Enjoy every minute of it! -

BuffaloBillyG replied to vanhalen26's topic in The Stadium Wall
Zero I used to have season tickets and I gave them up. Between the traffic and temperatures it just became unenjoyable for me to attend in person. Mix in it seemed no matter where I sat most of the game was spent having to stand and let some fat dude skim past so they can go get more beer and all the younger people making sure they get their photos for social media right in front of me...I'm more than happy to stay home and watch on TV. -
Disagree. I think he is in the tier below elite and his weapons elevate him. The Jalen Hurts level. He doesn't elevate those around him. Watch the numbers Browning puts up in the next few weeks. They will be around what Burrow typically does. A few more INTs, perhaps. But they won't struggle on offense without Burrow too much.

Looks like someone is sticking to a predraft narrative. Kincaid is actually a much improved blocker. Now is he as good as Hawes? I don't think so... Ut he's not that far behind Knox anymore IMO. He made several nice blocks against the Jets and week 1 he drove his dude out of bounds on one play and had a couple others where he won his assignment. I noticed him late last year throwing some nice blocks as well.

Meanwhile, always fun to drop in on Finheaven during Bills week
BuffaloBillyG replied to CSBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
The biggest problem with their offense is there is no flow on the reads. The first read may be on the left side of the offense in the intermediate area. Second read is way back to the right and long. Third read over the middle short There's no flow of natural progression in the reads. That's Tuas actual issue. It's not that he can't go to a second read it's that the reads are all over the place and he's trying to process. Kurt Warner did an awesome breakdown of this not long ago. -

I don't think he had any touch to begin with. He had Shanny's system and when people got wise to stop it he was exposed at not knowing how to adjust. I think the dude is a complete fraud -

I'm not gonna roast ya. But here's the issue I have with McDaniel. He got the job off Shannahan's coat tails. One of the biggest complaints about him is that he cannot and will not adjust or come up with new ideas. Another is he is a horrible play caller. He really hasn't shown anything in his time in Miami to prove he can create new ideas without Shannahan holding his hand. Hard pass...guy isn't a "genius" at all. He was just in the right place at the right time. -
Joey Bosa signs with Buffalo. 1 year, $12.6 million
BuffaloBillyG replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
I saw yesterday that he actually played fewer than 30 snaps. I wanna say it was 26 snaps total. And he still had a sack, 2 forced fumbles and a whole lotta pressures. As long as he's on the field when we need a play I'm good. -

BuffaloBillyG replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Throughout his career? Yes. Back when he was in Denver. Here in Buffalo? No. He would often rush upfield and take himself out of running plays. -

It's been amazing watching the turn on that board from McDaniel is a genius. Best hire ever to...dear Lord let Buffalo smash us so we can get rid of this nerd...😂😂 -
Game week thread - Dolphins at Bills TNF
BuffaloBillyG replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
SOME RANDOM THOUGHTS Achane is deadly. I'm just shocked he's lasted 2 games and not gotten hurt. McDaniel has pretty much abandoned the run in each of the first two games. Wonder if he keeps it up or overcompensates and tries to run it 40 times. FWIW, a good chunk of Dolphin fans are predicting McDaniel gets fired on Friday if they lose big Thursday. I guess we will see if his players wanna fight for him or not. The Dolphins are desperate for a win this year and desperate for a win against Buffalo. Allen, of course, has traditionally done well against them especially at home. After 2 weeks of watching Bosa get pressure and chase Lamar and Fields...he could have a huge game against a pocket QB like Tua with a shoddy OL. He may have multiple sacks especially if Ed is back too. Not sure Tua finishes this one. This is the game I'll miss Mad Max in. With his speed he can run with Hill and Waddle. With the way Tua under throws receivers, he could have had a big day. Easily the worst OL we have faced this season. We should be able to get pressure with 4 consistently. Miami doesn't scare me...but any given Sunday does. A year ago it took a Bass moonshot 60 yarder at the end to beat them here. I feel like we got better and they got worse since then. But again, any given Sunday. Thursday games can be weird. -
I think that's fairly obvious. Moore offers more than Samuel at this point. I think they are about on the same level. However Moore adds ST snaps and Samuel has a bonus related to how many games he's active for. Keeping Samuel shelved really doesn't hurt the offense, but it saves us a bit of cash each week against his already bloated contract.

I think we scored a TD on the opening drive. 10 points in the first 10 minutes of the game. Moved the ball throughout. Ran well and hit timely passes. Didn't commit turnovers or stupid costly penalties. That's a recipe to win football games It's not exciting...but but I'll take 18 more boring games that we grind out 30+ points and a win. Right? Why do people have to nitpick? Enjoy the win. People that complain after a win should have to watch at least 4 Bills drought era games in a row before they are allowed to post again. 🤣

Maybe he's not as bad as I've read here.

Any "doctor" will tell you that they aren't an x-ray machine. "Diagnosing" something like this just on film is irresponsible. Maybe he's right. Who knows. But it's just speculation. I'll wait to hear McDermott's presser and see.

WEEK 2. 9/14/2025. Around the rest of the NFL.
BuffaloBillyG replied to Ridgewaycynic2013's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree. He did have a nice stretch where he looked really solid before the injury. I'll give him that. But they need a better run game to balance that pass attack. It's getting too easy to sit back and defend Mahomes without it. -

Worthy by himself isn't much of a needle mover. But put Rice out there too drawing some coverage his way and he has a better shot to burn you. Problem right now is the Chiefs have no run game since Pacheco got hurt last year. Their offense is very unbalanced and can't overcome.
