First rd is where all the discussion is for me. Do they keep it or trade it? Does a big body DT make it to the pick or a top Db prospect? I think those are the main questions to me. I dont see them drafting a OG or player coming off injury.

Hes played football for about 20 years. Got college tuition and wealth out of. Like most of us he didnt live it up through highschool and college. He grinded the whole time. Good for him.

Gronk is a top 3 TE all time. From Buffalo bring a chip home. Im good with it. Also, no athlete was made more for a fanbase than Gronk and Bills Mafia. Id expect heavy 12. Diggs and Davis are obvious 1 and 2 so having 2 Te sets more is a bind for defenses. Helps with pass pro. Most multiple sets can come from 12. 2 guys who can block and attack seams would make for a wild time for defenses.

On offense im all for Gronk and Kirk. Cut Beasley. Restructure some guys. Make a trade for an edge and Fa period is a hit. The versatility with Gronk and knox would be a problem. The offense could go big run and play action. Our spread out base personal. Not all the time but a crazy grouping to go to.

Idk running backs dont become more dependable the older they are. Idk if Barkley or McCafferey live up to the hype.

Give him more guaranteed money lower his cap hit. Win win.

Christian Kirk in this offense in the slot would be nasty. West coast, Shannahan, and Air Raid dont really utilize the slot wr the way the EP/ New England offense does. I think he could be an upgrade over Beasley and Mckenzie.

If Buffalo fails to win the division or AFC title game I would consider it. Payton and Allen would a match made in football heaven. His recent criticism may be a seed planted. Could be a Dungy v Gruden type thing. Would Pegulas make such a bold move to a consistent positive force to the franchise? Idk. Another early exit make me have a conversation.

The talent outside was a problem. Buffalo had no ability to play man vs. KC without Tre. I put Cb as my highest priority of need. I would look at spending big money to pair with White with another stud db or draft one at 25. Maybe both. The roster holes can be filled by lower level Fa and day 2 and 3 picks. Having the horses to run with KC and Cincy outside is a big key.

Lovie Smith took a team without a Qb to the Superbowl. Thats more impressive than what Frazier did as a head coach. Frazier wasnt terrible but didnt get the same level of success. I think Frazier has a similar quality as Dungy. Not the smart offensive guy. Not the young energetic guy. I think he will get a shot. Some of these dumpster fire organizations need a leader of man and an adult.

Until Buffalo wins the AFC and or Superbowl he wont be given that title. Its a team award. Allen is the most gifted Qb. He cleans up a few things I expect him to have an incredible year and hopefully in the same spot as this postseason but every game in Buffalo.

I would explore trade options. Need a plug and play player on the dline. Whether its De or interior im ok with it. I would look at Lawrence or Williams from the Giants for a cap dump.

I dont think you kick the can on both 30 plus safeties. The cap gets smaller and smaller each year with Allens deal. I sit pat at safety. Go Cb at 25. Let Wallace walk. Need a future #1 to hedge against tres injury. Ability to man up at 3 spots with Johnson, White and rookie will be important.

Beane has targeted positions in the first few rounds. I expect Cb is high on the priority list. Possible offensive weapon. Would be shocked to see guard, rb, lb or saftey in rd 1.

Get Edmunds to take a team friendly deal similar to Milano. Lower the cap hit for this year. Linebaker is very low on Buffalos list this offseason imo.

Regardless of what he thought, he works for the owner. Sure you cant blatantly throw games. Even though the delivery seemed off by Ross, Flores went against him at every turn. In the meantime, mishandled the relationship with his players. Those are mistakes first time coaches and really any manager could do. That is why many get 2nd attempts. If you dont win those decisions become larger issues. Flores mismanaged his stay with Miami. He showed an ability to get man to play hard for him. The other aspects of a head coach he failed at. Trade Edmunds who plays Mike? Edmunds was a highly touted pick. Buffalo traded up for Allen and Edmunds mind you. A day 2 or 3 pick walks in and plays better or as good? Find a 4 year starter in college and he is the same age or older than Edmunds today. This is not 1999.
